| 200MW High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor nuclear power plant is a new type of nuclear power plant with the characteristics of the fourth generation nuclear energy system. Its technical scheme is that two modular High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactors drive one steam turbo-generator,which is quite different from the previous configuration of “One-Reactor with One-Turbine”.When designing the operation and control system of high temperature gas-cooled reactor power plant, the coordinated control problem of two nuclear steam generator system and one steam turbo-generator should be considered,in addition to the characteristics of the previous three generation nuclear power plant such as nonlinear, large time delay, strong coupling and parameter time-varying,etc.Therefore,the coordinated control system in this project will become very complicated and it has become an urgent task to study the coordinated control scheme for high temperature gas-cooled reactor power plant. The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The mathematical models of high temperature gas-cooled reactor power plant are developed, which is verified by simulation and can be applied to the research of coordinated control method of “One-Reactor with One-Turbine”.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics and requirements of this type plant, this paper puts forward a variety of control strategy reactor following turbine, presents the method of the module command distribution and the condition under which the other module join up,and design the main-pipeline pressure control system.(3)The influence of several typical disturbances on main-pipeline pressure is simulated, and the effect of main-pipeline pressure control by controlling the opening of turbine governor valves is tested. |
