| Safe power generation is the key issue should be considered by power plants since nuclear power is favored by the energy industry while acting as a clean,efficient and environmentally friendly energy.In terms of cold source system,nuclear power plants generally use seawater as circulating cooling water,while marine organisms in seawater have attached and grown in the circulating water system,which will cause system blockage.In recent years,the unplanned shutdown of the cold source due to the blockage of marine organisms has occurred constantly.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the pollution containment capacity of the water intake,establish an effective monitoring and early warning mechanism,so as to solve various complex safety problems.This paper introduces the composition of the block monitoring system after taking the first intake of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station as the research object,then it analyzes the monitoring data and carries out the numerical simulation after combining the stress state of the main rope and the block.The specific work is as follows:1)It has summarized the engineering and technical route of the collection,transmission and acceptance of the tension value in the Hongyanhe block,and introduced the software interface and function of the integrated display as well as the Lab VIEW code to realize the function.The above work has provided a foundation for the subsequent study on the law of the tension value.2)It has analyzed the deformation of the main rope and the block under the simplified concentrated force after simplifying the environmental load on the main rope and the net,which laid a foundation for the subsequent numerical model calculation of the net rope integration.Besides,it has determined the maximum load that the main rope and the net rope can bear after combining with the test of the main rope and the block tension value,which established the standard for the setting of the relevant early warning value.3)It has summarized the variation rule of the tension on the two blocks during the period from June to August after combining with the data of the tension on the two blocks measured in recent three years.Then it has analyzed the influence of environmental factors such as sea creatures,tides and wind waves on the tensile force.Meanwhile it has obtained the tension prediction model through the moving average algorithm,which filtered out the influence of tidal values.Moreover,it has analyzed the variation of tension values monitored under two typical cases of net body damage and main rope end fracture.The results show that the tension values measured by the monitoring system can effectively reflect the variation and predict the occurrence of extreme conditions.4)It has established the calculation model of the block through the finite element method,so as to realize the coupling calculation of the block and the water flow by ABAQUS software,thus obtaining the deformation and force of the block under a certain flow speed.The numerical calculation model could provide a reference for the force study and block deformation law.Finally,it has explored the general law of the block force state,and formulated the early warning mechanism of monitoring data and environmental load after summarizing the law of the existing monitoring data and calculating the deformation force.In a word,it can provide reference for the future tension monitoring,also offer guidance for the operation of field personnel. |
