Technical Research On Power Data Monitoring System Based On MQTT

With the constant development of contemporary information technology and the Internet,industrial Internet technology has become the basic technology of intelligent manufacturing.At present,the difficulty of industrial Internet technology is to connect field devices to the Internet.The recently launched MQTT protocol can directly connect embedded systems to the Internet,and can solve the problem of how to directly connect industrial field collection and control equipment to the Internet.This paper analyzes and studies the application technology based on the MQTT protocol,and applies the protocol to the power data monitoring system.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this article studies the industrial Internet system structure and gives the overall architecture of the industrial Internet system.The Web Socket communication protocol is studied,which effectively improves the communication efficiency between the client and the server;for embedded applications,the MQTT communication protocol is studied,which effectively saves network resources.Then,the message,communication mechanism and communication process of the MQTT communication protocol are studied in detail.Using PLC＿Config graphical programming software,the MQTT protocol analysis program was written in the form of function blocks,and the PEC series programmable controller was connected to the Internet through the MQTT protocol.The PEC controller configuration software was developed using C# to realize the configuration of the PEC series programmable controllers,which simplifies the MQTT protocol writing of the PEC series programmable controllers.Finally,the MQTT communication protocol is applied to the data collection of the power data monitoring system,and the power system monitoring software is developed,which realizes the functions of real-time monitoring,timing collection,and graphical display of power data through the industrial Internet.The MQTT protocol is a simplified Internet communication protocol.It has the characteristics of simplicity and efficiency.It can connect embedded systems to the Internet,which is conducive to the realization of industrial Internet system development.
