Abstract/Summary:
At present, the focus of urban development in my country is gradually shifting from extensional expansion to connotative growth, from development and construction of growth equivalent to renovation and transformation of rectification and stock, and the transformation of old settlements has become the main content of urban renewal and development. The renewal of old settlements not only improves the living standards of residents and beautifies the image of the city, but is also the only way to sustainable development and reduce resource waste in the future. However, there is insufficient research on the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas for emergency construction. In 1976,there was a big earthquake in Tangshan. In order to solve the problem of resettlement of victims after the earthquake, emergency construction settlements were quickly constructed. The level of material conditions in these settlements can no longer match the needs of residents’ modern life, but due to the commemorative significance of historical events and the needs of the era of sustainable development, these settlements need to be adaptively updated. This paper takes Tangshan Hebei No.1 community as an example to carry out the adaptive renewal design research of the old residential area for emergency construction.First of all, this paper selects three cases of Huatian Mission in Tokyo,Japan,Tainan District in Shenyang City,Liaoning, and Xinbeichuan County in Sichuan, and analyzes from the aspects of public participation, stage advancement, renewal fitness and cultural inheritance, and clarifies the renewal and transformation of old residential areas. The goal of this project is to summarize the design points and precautions for emergency construction of residential areas, summarize the old residential area reconstruction methods for emergency construction, and apply them in the adaptive update of Tangshan Hebei No.1 Community.Secondly, this article uses a variety of research methods such as literature research, investigation and analysis, systematic research and comparative research to review the theoretical research and exploration practice of the renewal of old residential areas at home and abroad, and comprehensively compare the methods of renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas at home and abroad;understand; In the context of the reconstruction of Tangshan after the earthquake, the main contradictions of the old residential areas were analyzed in detail in the three aspects of the residential environment, the building units and the interior of the houses, and it was concluded that the layout is unreasonable, the infrastructure is incomplete, the transportation organization is inconvenient, and the community vitality.Insufficiency and other status quo issues.Based on case analysis and field research, the design principles of adaptive renewal of old settlements are summarized: the principle of inheritance, the principle of participation, the principle of gradualism and the principle of adaptability. Finally, taking the renewal principle as the starting point, the adaptive renewal design strategy of old settlements for emergency construction is proposed: context continuation and element retention, government coordination and residents’ participation,step-by-step advancement and appropriate renewal, space optimization and low-tech energy conservation.Provide guidance for the adaptive renewal work of Tangshan Hebei No.1 Community, and provide reference and reference for the renewal and reconstruction of old residential areas and the construction of new districts.
