The sustainable development of energy is a common concern of people all over the world.Effective exploitation and utilization of solar energy resources is conducive to the adjustment of energy structure and is one of the effective means to ensure sustainable development.Due to its remarkable energy-saving effect,solar thermal utilization technology has been gradually paid attention to by the state in recent years and has become the main choice to replace coal heating.This paper takes the qinghai Salt Lake optically heated water supply project as the research object.Firstly,the meteorological resources,solar energy resources and the demand for heating of the project are analyzed in detail.Second to study the different categories of solar technology,introduces in detail the principle of linear Fresnel type concentrated technology,combined with the engineering requirements and the technical characteristics of the projects overall scheme design,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the applicable light energy-saving evaluation system of hot water supply project,and to the project as a example for energy-saving evaluation analysis.The analysis shows that there is no obvious environmental restriction in the photothermal water supply site area of Qinghai Salt Lake,the meteorological conditions are good,the solar energy resources are extremely rich,and the radiation intensity and sunshine number change from year to year are basically stable.The project demand analysis shows that the new heating scheme should meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction on the premise of ensuring the stable supply of hot water throughout the year.According to engineering requirements,combining with the characteristics of solar technology,selection of linear Fresnel type heating technique as a concentrated heating scheme,according to the principle of the technology in combination with the practical situation of project,design the system operation process,collection of heat mirror field and the selection of main structure,the heat conduction oil system,operation control mode,and to determinc the system mode of operation,calculate the accurate amount of heating,effectively avoid because solar irradiation cyclical and the effects of weather sensitivity.The analysis results of basic energy consumption show that the project can save 2.075 million ton of coal during the operation period.The local water resources,land and fuel supply capacity arid tota supply all mect the operation requirements,and the energy consumption indexes arc relatively low.Used in this paper,the level of the building evaluation system to evaluate the solar-thermal projects,energy level is higher,the results show that the project is optimal,energy-saving society benefit is obvious,comprehensive energy consumption technology is stronger,the main link efficiency is also high,engineering in the operating period and construction period after the corresponding energy saving measures,can effectively reduce energy consumption,well to avoid or reduce the impact on the environment,to ensure the accomplishment of energy-saving targets in qinghai province.This study focuses on engineering practice,which plays a positive role in promoting and demonstrating the relevant equipment manufacturing by exploring the solar heating technology route and summarizing the construction and operation experience.
