Evaluation Of Financial Strategy And Implementation Effect Of BYD Under Epidemic Prevention And Control

The automobile industry of 2020 is facing unprecedented challenges due to the impact of the new epidemic,such as the supply chain fracture of auto parts,the lowest quarterly sales volume in recent years,difficulty in financing,and the longer receivables and inventory turnover period.As the core of financial management,financial strategy is playing an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Financial strategy is long-term and comprehensive,which can reasonably allocate enterprise resources,evaluate the implementation of financial strategy,clarify and improve its development objectives,and contribute to the long-term development of the company.Based on this,this article takes the new energy vehicles of BYD company on behalf of the enterprise as the research object,by adopting the combination of case analysis and normative analysis research methods,through the study of the epidemic prevention and control under the company’s financial strategy for the implementation of the changes brought by BYD company,analyzes the existing problems and put forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions,for other listed companies in China to make response to the outbreak of the financial strategy.This paper first elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and analyzes and elaborates the background of BYD under the epidemic prevention and control based on the company’s report data.Thirdly,it describes the company’s financial strategy under the epidemic prevention and control from three aspects: investment,financing and dividend distribution.Finally,this paper evaluate the financial strategy implementation effect in first priority when selecting the BYD company and 11 companies in the same industry’s profitability,development ability,management ability and debt paying ability and other financial indicators,using factor analysis method is the epidemic prevention and control of BYD company financial strategy implement compared with other 11 companies analysis,evaluation of epidemic prevention and control the implementation of the strategy of the BYD company financial in the case of the same trade.Secondly,the economic added value method was used to compare and analyze the financial indicators before and under the epidemic prevention and control.Two methods are used to comprehensively evaluate the implementation effect of BYD financial strategy.This paper finally forms the research conclusion,and puts forward improvement suggestions for the problems in the implementation of the financial strategy of BYD company under the epidemic prevention and control.This paper believes that BYD is now in the growth stage,and the financial strategy implemented under epidemic prevention and control still has problems to be further improved.In terms of investment strategy,the investment level of BYD Company needs to be improved.In terms of financing strategy,the debt financing of BYD company is the main problem,the financing structure is single and the debt risk is high.In view of the problems in the financial strategy of BYD company and the causes of the problems,corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward to gradually improve the financial strategy of BYD company,so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the company in the context of epidemic prevention and control.
