The energy industry has the natural monopoly property.At present,the vast majority of China’s state-owned energy enterprises have implemented corporate management and operation,but the pattern of the natural monopoly has not been completely broken.Along with the further energy system reform in our country,the new energy revolution represented by the Internet of energy is coming gradually,which will lead to the opening of the distribution market and the intensification of market competition.As an electric engineering consulting and design unit which belongs to the local electric power enterprise,XX electrical engineering design company Co.,Ltd.will inevitably be affected.In the past,the company’s brand is only treated as the name of the enterprise,but never really play its connotation and value,the company’s brand marketing work is a mere formality.Next,with the gradual opening of the industry market,XX company will face the fierce market competition directly,so it needs a complete set of brand marketing strategies to cope with the possible changes in the external environment.As a state-owned time-honored enterprise,XX electrical engineering design company has many advantages that other enterprises in the industry do not have,but these may also become the development resistance of the enterprise to make the enterprise content with the status quo and do not want to make progress,and then be eliminated by the future industry development.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by means of internal research and access to materials,and points out the problems existing in the brand marketing of XX electrical engineering design company and the necessity of implementing brand marketing and new marketing strategies.Then,through the comprehensive application of brand positioning,brand image,brand promotion and communication theories,a set of brand marketing strategies are developed to help enterprises occupy the future industry market.Finally,in order to ensure that the developed brand marketing strategies are effective for supporting the future development of enterprises,the corresponding brand maintenance strategies and implementation suggestions are put forward accordingly to remove the obstacles that hinder the smooth implementation of marketing strategy,so as to avoid the difficulties in adapting the brand marketing strategies to the actual situation of enterprisesAt present,the importance of brand marketing for energy engineering consulting and design enterprises has also been known and accepted gradually in the less developed areas of the Midwest of China.At the same time,the institutional construction of the energy Internet has also started exploration and preliminary practice.The brand marketing strategies proposed in this paper has a certain reference value for enterprises to carry out their own brand marketing activities.In addition,some of the research results of this paper can also be used as a reference for other power engineering consulting and design enterprises of the same type to implement their brand marketing activities.
