| Surface texture,as a surface treatment technologgy that can improve the lubrication characteristics of the friction pair interface under a variety of lubrication conditions,has important application value in reducing friction and wear in industrial production and improving energy efficiency.Reasonable design of texture shape,geometric parameters and texture distribution characteristics can effectively improve the lubrication characteristics between lubricating interfaces and reduce friction and wear between friction pairs.Therefore,how to design and optimize the characteristic parameters of surface texture is one of the hotspots of research.In this paper,the influence of the shape parameters and distribution characteristics of the surface texture on the lubricating properties has been theoretically studied,and the surface texture preparation and tribological experiments have been carried out.The main research work and conclusions in the paper include:(1)Based on the basic mechanism that the texture affects the dynamic pressure effect of the lubricating medium,a V-shaped texture that converges along the sliding direction is designed.Through numerical simulation,the influence of the geometric parameters of the V-shaped texture on the lubrication characteristics was studied,and the lubrication characteristics of the circular texture were compared.The results show that there are corresponding optimal geometric parameters for surface textures of different shapes;due to the convergence and squeezing effects of the V-shaped texture on the flow of the lubricating medium,it is more effective than the circular texture in improving the lubricating effect.(2)Based on the optimization of texture geometric parameters,a partially distributed surface texture model was established,and the influence of texture distribution characteristics on lubrication characteristics was explored.The results show that the texture position at the entrance of the flow field can effectively improve the dynamic pressure effect of the lubricating medium along the flow direction.The results show that the location of the texture at the inlet of the flow field can effectively improve the dynamic pressure effect of the lubricating medium along the flow direction,so it has the best tribological properties,and the ratio of the optimal texture area at this time is less affected by the characteristic parameters of the texture unit;the local distribution texture characteristics of the depth-graded abatement cloth along the sliding direction are conducive to the formation of a convergent oil wedge,but at the same time,the lubrication effect is worsened by the eddy current at the bottom of the deeper texture.(3)Nanosecond laser processing technology is used to process surface textures with different shapes and distribution characteristics on the surface of the test piece,and the pin-disk tribology test is used to simulate the relative sliding of the interface between the two friction pairs,and the texture distribution characteristics and the influence of texture shape on the lubrication characteristics between the friction pairs are studied.The test results show that when the texture is distributed at the entrance of the flow field,the friction coefficient is the smallest and the anti-friction characteristics are the best.And the test conclusions are consistent with the simulation results.Research can provide theoretical and experimental basis for the design of surface texture parameters in practical applications. |
