Solar energy is an inexhaustible,clean and environmentally friendly renewable energy source.How to use solar energy and convert the maximum utilization of solar energy into energy needed by human beings is very important.Dye sensitized solar cell(DSSC)is a clean solar energy device with simple structure and technology,low cost and easy to manufacture,and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment.It is a very valuable clean solar energy device.Its research and development has great significance for solving energy shortage and pollution problems in the world.In order to achieve low-cost and large-area preparation of dye-sensitized solar cells,the preparation by screen printing and performance of dye-sensitized solar cells were studied,including the structure design of dye-sensitized solar cells,the comparison and selection of TiO2 photoanode binder,the ratio experiment of TiO2 binder,and the preparation experiment of dye and electrolyte.Single factor optimization method and orthogonal experiment method were used to optimize and analyze the composition of each component,and finally the optimal formula of dye-sensitized solar cell was obtained.The research contents are as follows:(1)Study on the preparation and performance of the photoanode of the dye-sensitized solar cell.The photoanode of the dye-sensitized solar energy was prepared by the method of screen printing,and the printability of the anode layer,including viscosity,adhesion,and water resistance Performance,solvent resistance and photovoltaic performance of the prepared dye-sensitized solar cells have been tested one by one and targeted to analyze their suitability and study the best ratio.The selected materials are NaCMC,SBR,PVP,EC and ENCOR as the connecting material for the titanium dioxide film,and ENCOR is selected as the optimal titanium dioxide film connecting material by comparison;the experimental comparison study shows that KRONOClean 7404 is the optimal titanium dioxide,and the content of the connecting material is the optimal range is around 17%.(2)Preparation and performance study of dyes for dye-sensitized solar cells.The soaking method is used to extract the dyes in hibiscus tea powder with deionized water.In order to determine the density of the extracted dye,the extracted dye is coated by knife coating,and then the density of the dye in the field is measured with a spectrophotometer.When it is determined that the hibiscus powder content is at least 20%,the density of the dye obtained is the largest.(3)Preparation and performance study of dye electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells.Different kinds of solution methods are used to prepare electrolytes,and the conductivity of the electrolyte and the photovoltaic performance of the prepared dye-sensitized solar cells are analyzed and studied.Finally,the electrolyte is selected to use saturated sodium chloride solution,saturated potassium iodide solution,iodine-potassium iodide solution,and saturated potassium iodide solution and iodine-potassium iodide solution mixed solution,and compare various results produced by different choices and different combinations through experiments.Finally,the optimal ratio of saturated potassium iodide and iodine potassium iodide is about 2.7:1.3,that is,the saturated KI solution is about 5.4ml,and the iodine potassium iodide solution is about 2.6ml.(4)Study on the preparation and performance of dye-sensitized solar cells.The formula of dye-sensitized solar cells was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results of range analysis and variance analysis show that the content of different titanium dioxide film binder has a significant effect on the open circuit voltage(Voc),short circuit current(Isc)and maximum output power(Popt)of the dye-sensitized solar cells and the optimal formula is obtained by analysis.The results showed that:using kronoclean 7404 as titanium dioxide,the content of ENCOR was 17%,the content of Hibiscus syriacus pollen powder extracted with water was at least 20%,the optimal ratio of saturated potassium iodide and iodine potassium iodide solution was about 3:1,that is,6ml saturated KI solution and 2ml iodine potassium iodide solution.Then the dye-sensitized solar cells have the best printability and photovoltaic performance.
