Solid rocket ramjet has better performance than other traditional power systems,so it is widely used in tactical missiles.The gas generator with adjustable flow of ducted ramjet can make the missile maneuver combat carried out better in large airspace and wide Mach number range,and keep the air-fuel ratio in the afterburning chamber of the missile within the reasonable working range in the flight process.Due to all kinds of the advantages have attracted the attention of global national defense engineers.In this paper,the control system of flow adjustable gas generator of slide valve solid rocket ramjet is studied,including the principle of gas flow adjustment,the design of control system,the modeling of the system,the analysis of the working characteristics of the flow regulation system,the design of control algorithm and experiments.(1)In this paper,the control system is designed based on the regulation principle of slide valve flow adjustable gas generator.This paper studied the components of the brushless DC motor,the hardware system,the software program,the data acquisition system are studied,and the performance of the control system is verified.(2)The model of flow adjustable gas generator system is established,and the working characteristic analysis is carried.The steady and dynamic model of the flow adjustable gas generator system are established.The dynamic and static characteristics of the system are analyzed based on the established model.The simulation results show that the system has obvious time-varying and non-linear characteristics,and the flow anti-regulation appears in the initial stage of gas flow regulation.The generating conditions and influencing factors of negative regulation are studied.(3)The control algorithm of slide valve flow adjustable gas generator is studied.In order to make the servo system of BLDCM have better performance,RBF neural network identifier is designed to identify the model between the motor position loop control parameters and the motor load response index.The immune particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to optimize the parameters of position loop controller.According to the working characteristics of the gas generator,an auto disturbance rejection controller is designed to improve the control accuracy,response speed and anti-interference ability of the gas generator system with adjustable flow,and to restrain flow anti-regulation in the initial stage of the regulation.The simulation results show that the designed control algorithm can make the gas flow regulation system have better performance.(4)The gas flow regulation experiment is conducted.The cold flow experiment system to verify the actual working ability of each part of the control system are designed.The static ignition experiment of propellant is carried out to find out its actual performance.The trigger signal verification experiment of the controller is designed to ensure that the control system can perform accurately.The hot commissioning test is conducted.The experimental results show that the designed control system can meet the working requirements,and the gas generator could have better flow regulation ability with the designed control algorithm.
