With the continuous progress of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation technology,wind and solar farms begin to compete with thermal power generation,and China has also started a new journey of carbon peak,carbon neutral energy clean transformation.At present,wind power and photovoltaic have become the cleanest and the lowest cost energy consumption mode,and the installed capacity is increasing,but the limited output of wind and photovoltaic power plants and the abandonment of wind and light are becoming more and more serious.In order to study the relationship between the limited output of wind farms and the amount of abandoned wind and photovoltaic power,the active power output data of some wind farms in Yulin area are selected to establish different proportion limited output models,and the relationship between the limited output proportion of wind power,photovoltaic and wind solar complementary farms and the actual power generation and the amount of abandoned wind and photovoltaic power is studied respectively,so as to find the best limited output proportion point,To achieve good economic benefits of wind and solar farms.Firstly,the output characteristics of wind farm are studied.The 15 minute sampling interval of typical wind farms in Yulin area is selected as the actual active power output data of a whole year.The daily output characteristics,annual output characteristics and cluster output characteristics of wind farms are analyzed,and the relationship between different proportion of limited output,maximum output probability and abandoned wind power is summarized.The output characteristics of wind farm cluster are studied by comparing the annual continuous output curve and annual abandoned wind power generation of wind farm cluster in Yulin with that of single wind farm.Secondly,the output characteristics of photovoltaic electric field are studied.Based on the output data of a photovoltaic electric field in Yulin area,the typical daily output curve is drawn,the daily output characteristics and annual output characteristics are analyzed,and the variation trend of abandoned photovoltaic quantity under different simultaneous rates is analyzed.Finally,the complementary output characteristics of wind and solar power are studied.In this chapter,the output curves of three typical days of wind and solar power plants are selected and fitted according to the proportion of photovoltaic to wind power of 0.1,0.2 and 0.5,respectively.The daily output curves after wind and solar complementary are drawn,and the complementary degree of wind power and photovoltaic output is summarized.From the third and fourth chapters,it is concluded that when the wind farm output is limited to about 70%,the abandoned air volume of most wind farms is less than 2%.When the output is limited to less than 70%,the abandoned air volume will increase significantly;When the synchronous rate of photovoltaic power station is 0.7,the proportion of abandoned photovoltaic power is 1.66%;When the synchronous rate is lower than 0.7,the proportion of discarded photovoltaic energy increases significantly.Taking the above conclusions as the boundary conditions,the model is established.Assuming that the installed capacity of a wind power is 100MW and the synchronous ratio is 0.7(that is,the total output of wind farm and photovoltaic power station is not more than 70%of the installed capacity of wind power),the model is fitted according to different installed proportion of photovoltaic power,and the relationship between the abandoned power(abandoned wind and abandoned photovoltaic)and the installed proportion of photovoltaic wind power is studied.In the actual project verification,the project economy is verified by setting the installed capacity of a wind power as 100MW,supporting a 40mW photovoltaic project,and sharing facilities such as booster station and transmission line.Based on the actual operation data of wind farm,this thesis analyzes the output characteristics and complementarity of wind farm.Taking the conclusions in the third and fourth chapters as the boundary conditions,the output of wind farm is dominant,and a certain proportion of photovoltaic power is allocated.A model is established to study the optimal proportion of photovoltaic wind power with the minimum abandoned power.The feasibility and economy of the study are verified by the actual project,It can provide reference for power grid planning and construction,and provide basis for decision-making of new energy enterprises.
