As a power transmission mode,hydraulic tr ansmission technology is widely used in industrial equipment and mobile machinery due to its high power densit y and high system st iffness.The traditional valve controlled hydraulic transmission system has serious throttling loss,overflow loss and hydraulic pipeline loss along the way,which makes the efficiency of the hydraulic transmission system low and causes a lot of waste of energy.Different from the convent ional valve control system,the electro-hydraulic actuator adopts the volume control method t o realize the distribution and control of the system flow,which avoids the throttling loss and overflow loss of the oil through the valve port,and greatly improves the work efficiency.At the same time,due to the use of integrated technology and modular design,the electro hydrostatic actuator is more compact,modular and lightweight,with higher power densit y ratio and plug and play,which is the development trend and research hotspot of high efficiency hydraulic transmission technology in the future.First ly,the working principle of an electro-hydraulic actuator with load holding funct ion is designed,and its "four quadrant working condition" is introduced in detail.According to the technical requirements of the electro-hydraulic actuator,the main components of the electro-hydraulic actuator are calculated and selected.Secondly,in order to verify the performance of the electro-static hydraulic actuator,the three-dimensional modeling design of the experimental prototype and the whole structure of the electro-static hydraulic actuator is carried out by Solid Works according to the design calculat ion and component selection.According to the types and requirements of signal acquisition for the performance test of the electro-static hydraulic actuator experimental prototype,the selection and design of various sensors are completed.The design of the test system of the electro-stat ic and hydraulic actuator is carried out by using Mitsubishi PLC + Lab VIEW software.PLC mainly completes the precise control of the working process of the electro-static hydraulic actuator and the real-t ime acquisit ion of the measurement parameters.Lab VIEW is used for the design of the monitoring interface of the upper computer and the human-computer interaction,and realizes t he visualizat ion of the working state and measurement data of the electro-static hydraulic actuator.Finally,the mathematical models of the main components of the experimental prototype of the electro-hydraulic actuator are derived,and the simulation mod el of the experimental prototype of the electro-hydraulic actuator is built by using AMESim simulat ion software,and the simulat ion analysis of the step posit ion signal input of the electro-hydraulic actuator is carried out.Based on the experiment of no-load and loading characteristics of servo motor driven hydraulic pump on the experimental prototype of electro-hydraulic actuator,the step posit ion simulat ion of electro-hydraulic actuator is verified,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the follow-up system optimizat ion design and control research.
