With the rapid development of the national economy,the hydraulic system is widely used in various fields.The piston pump is widely used in the hydraulic system because of its high volumetric efficiency,high output pressure,variable and other advantages,but the piston pump has a la rge noise because of its unique structure and working principle.As one of the performance indicators of the hydraulic system,noise is a bad and unnecessary sound,so the research on the piston pump noise is paid more attention.In this paper,with the help of the professional software Pump Linx to simulate the flow field of rotating machinery,the internal flow of the swash plate axial piston pump is simulated and calculated,and the flow change law of the piston pump under different suction pressure and l oad is studied,and the flow field result is taken as flowing sound source term,using acoustic Actran numerical calculation software,set up to consider the internal flow induced by the finite element model of acoustic and vibration coupling,gets the noise field characteristic of the piston pump under different conditions,for the piston pump noise reduction research provide certain help.The contents of the study are as follows:Chapter 1: This paper introduces the background and significance of research,summarizes the research status of piston pump noise and pump flow noise at home and abroad,and explains the main content and research methods of this paper.Chapter 2: This paper describes the structure and worki ng principle of swash plate axial piston pump(FMP112APS),analyzes the noise source of the piston pump,introduces the basic acoustic knowledge and the flow induced noise theory,summarizes the existing acoustic numerical calculation methods,and puts forward the concrete steps of the numerical calculation of the flow noise of the piston pump.Chapter 3: This paper introduces the basic theory and numerical simulation software of CFD Pump Linx,and uses the software for pump inside the basin meshing,boundary conditions and solving the model sets.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the changing laws and characteristics of the in ternal flow field of the piston pump under different suction pressures and loads are obtained.Finally,the pressure,velocity and density terms in the flow fiel d are derived to prepare for the acoustic numerical calculation.Chapter 4: This paper introduces the theoretical equations of acoustic-vibration coupling,the acoustical calculation software Actran is introduced as well.The acoustical calculation model of the piston pump is established.Through the data interface of the software,the computational results of CFD are recognized and read,and the co-simulation of fluid software and acoustical software is realized.In the case of considering the acoustic-vibration coupling,the flow noise of the piston pump is numerically calculated,and the law of flow noise changing with suction pressure and load is obtained,as well as the important influencing factors of flow noise.Chapter 5: Summarizes the research content and results of the full paper,and puts forward prospects for the follow-up research work.
