| As one of the core components in the hydraulic transmission system,the radial piston motor with multi-acting internal curve has the advantages of low speed,high working pressure,large torque,compact structure,convenient application and so on.It is widely used in mine,ships,metallurgy and other mechanical equipment.However,due to the high working pressure of the motor and the large pressure difference between the high and low pressure distribution ports,cavitation is easy to occur,resulting in violent vibration,noise and cavitation erosion,which seriously limits the working performance and life of the motor.Based on type CA70 more curve in the radial piston motor as the research object,establish the motor with single plunger vice three-dimensional flow model,Mixture model,Standard kepsilon turbulence model and the Schnerr & Sauer cavitation model for numerical simulation calculation,the system analysis of the motor with vice cavitation flow mechanism and the main factors of affecting cavitation,contrast vice cavitation condition parameters on the distribution flow characteristics,the influence of provide reference for further study on the subsequent motor;And by optimizing the valve plate damping groove shape and structure parameters,design a new type damping groove structure inhibitor with flow cavitation effect,the new structure of the improved damping groove structure can obviously reduce the vice in high low voltage switch moment produced by the cavitation phenomenon,reduce the vibration and noise generated from your motor thrust vice and structural damage,greatly improve its performance.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to vice motor with current work,the motor with flow process is divided into two phase: oil distribution and discharge,first by using Fluent software for the motor in the process of oil distribution with vice cavitation flow characteristics and the simulation analysis of dynamic evolution,given flow pair cavitation phenomenon of the impact of motor performance,and with the actual used CA70 motor with cavitation flow plate position,verify the correctness of the simulation;Then the influence of different working conditions on the cavitation characteristics of the valve pair of the motor is compared and analyzed to provide basis for designing higher performance motors.(2)The influence of the shape and structural parameters of the damping groove on the cavitation characteristics of the motor valve pair in the process of oil distribution is analyzed.By designing and optimizing the structure of the damping groove of the valve plate,a new damping groove structure with more obvious effect on the cavitation suppression is designed.(3)The motor in the process of oil discharge with vice cavitation flow characteristics and the simulation analysis of dynamic evolution,the same time comparative analysis of different working parameters on the motor with vice cavitation flow characteristics,the influence of probe in the process of motor oil discharge relief groove shape on the flow pair the influence of cavitation characteristics,compare the new relief groove structure in the process of motor oil discharge to match flow cavitation phenomenon of inhibition.The results show that cavitation can be suppressed to a certain extent by lowering inlet pressure,appropriately increasing back pressure,increasing motor Rev and lowering operating temperature.Compared with the triangular groove structure,the U-shaped groove structure can suppress the cavitation more obviously.Based on this conclusion,the new relief groove structure designed will lay the foundation for the design and research of higher performance motors. |
