The unique design of vortex compressor,which makes it a major investment in well-known compressor brands at home and abroad,is widely used in industry,agriculture,transportation,medical equipment,food decoration and textile,and its application to compressed air.As the ideal power source mechanism of energy saving energy in today’s world,the research and development of vortex compressor is mainly concentrated in the research of the mathematical model of the type line,the study of compression characteristics and the research of the mechanism model.In the study of institutional model,the focus of the mechanism and the anti-rotation mechanism is mainly in the radial and anti-rotation mechanism,and the focus of the anti-rotation mechanism is focused on the structure and material optimization of the mechanism itself,and does not focus on the influence of the rotation mechanism on the normal operation of the compressor.Through the rotation transformation equations between the coordinate systems,the profile equations before and after rotation of the orbiting scroll are deduced,and the law of rotation of the orbiting scroll is obtained;Through the profile equations and geometric relations,the relationship between the rotation angle and the meshing radial gap is found The relationship between the changes;Through the movement relationship between the cross slip ring and the orbiting scroll,the relationship between the cross slip ring clearance and the rotation angle is obtained;Through the calculation of the inner volume expression of the cavity after rotation,the scroll tooth stress and deformation law is simulated in Workbench;Calculate the weight coefficient of each part of the scroll compressor under the safety index through the analytic hierarchy process,and determine the parts that need to be paid attention to;Through the fault tree analysis of the scroll,measures to improve reliability are proposed.The study found that after the orbiting scroll rotates,the radial clearance decreases,and the meshing position is still on the line connecting the common tangent of the dynamic and static base circles;During the process of rotation,the internal volume of the compression chamber changes slightly,which makes the teeth on the orbiting scroll Stress and deformation will also change;The orbiting scroll and Oldham slip ring have higher weight coefficients in the compressor.
