| As an indispensable safety protection equipment in subway tunnels,civil air defense doors are self-evident.When the position of the air defense door changes and intrudes into the limit of the normal train operation,a serious collision accident will be caused.This paper mainly researches and realizes the detection system of the air defense door position,based on the STM32 chip,camera sensor and position detection sensor,a set of multi-point security detection system for the air defense door position is developed,it is between the air defense door and the tunnel wall,the distance value and the angle value of the air defense door currently turned are detected.In addition,the 485 bus is used to upload the detected distance value and angle value of the air defense door to the monitoring interface of the PC side to realize the monitoring function of the air defense door position.This article mainly introduces from three aspects.(1)Visual inspection: A vision-based method for detecting the position of air defense doors is proposed,which uses a camera sensor to take an image of the target to be measured,completed the solution of the camera coordinates of the feature points in the image,the solution of the scale factor in the position detection,and the establishment of the position detection algorithm model,it provides a theoretical basis for the visual inspection of the inspection system.(2)Multi-point detection: Facing the demand for multi-point detection of civil air defense doors,a detection form that combines a visual detection method and a position detection sensor group is proposed.By targeting multiple points to be measured,the comprehensiveness and completeness of the detection are improved.(3)Security-related detection: In the detection method of the human position sensor group,3 distance sensors and 3 angle sensors are respectively configured to form a three-out-two safety redundant structure,after mutual analysis and comparison,the final civil air defense door is obtained,the position value realizes the safety detection function of the air defense door position.The experimental verification shows that the system can effectively detect the position of the civil defense door.Within the set experimental range,the length error of the visual detection of the civil defense door position is below 1.5%,the rotation angle error of the visual detection is below 5%,the length error of the sensor is below 1.5%,and the rotation angle detection error of sensor is below 2%,which meets the detection accuracy requirements of relevant specifications,it also provides a new solution for the lack of the function of monitoring the position of the civil defense door in the integrated monitoring system of the station. |
