| With the implementation of "Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards"(GB50180-2018)on December 1,2018,the layout of neighborhood facilities in urban residential district changed from the traditional method of "Radius Coverage" to the construction of community life circle that emphasizes "Walking Accessibility".At the same time,in the era of big data,diversified urban open data acquisition approaches and spatial analysis technologies provide support for quantitative research on the layout of neighborhood facilities of community life circle.In the face of the transformation of the planning standard of the layout of neighborhood facilities,as well as the practical problems belong to the optimization of neighborhood facilities layout in the community life circle in the urban center,such as the unclear space unit scope of the community life circle,the limitation of available stock space resources,the unclear planning method and path,etc.By establishing spatial database,constructing index system and quantitative analysis model,this paper integrates multisource data,carries out quantitative analysis,and realizes the construction of optimization method of neighborhood facilities layout of community life circle in urban central area.The research contents are mainly carried out from the following three aspects:(1)Based on the intelligent construction database of community living circle,this paper constructs the basic research scenes according to the supply-demand relationship of neighborhood facilities layout,combines and constructs the influence factor system and the dividing method of space units,and demarcates the basic space units for the optimization of neighborhood facilities layout.(2)The factors that affect the optimization of the layout of neighborhood facilities in the community life circle in the center of the city are analyzed from the following three aspects: site selection requirements of neighborhood facilities,restrictions on the use of existing land,and evaluation criteria for layout optimization.Then,according to the land use attributes and layout benefits,an index system for optimization of the layout of neighborhood facilities is constructed.(3)Based on the indicator system of optimized layout of neighborhood facilities,coordinated GIS spatial analysis method,coordinated multi-source data,this paper combines the status quo assessment and optimized site selection,constructes a quantitative analysis model of optimized layout of neighborhood facilities,and carries out quantitative analysis of optimized layout of neighborhood facilities.This paper takes Hedong district of Tianjin as a typical research area,carries out relevant research on optimization of neighborhood facilities layout of community life circle in urban central area based on multi-source data,and further explored the feasibility and effectiveness of the research method.In addition,the paper forms the "evaluation data list" and "optimized construction list" of the layout of neighborhood facilities in the community life circle,which connected with the administrative management unit of Hedong district.And it provides technical method support for promoting the effective construction and efficient management of the layout of neighborhood facilities in the community life circle. |
