| VAV system is widely used in modern buildings because of its excellent energysaving characteristics.However,due to the lack of whole process commissioning,there are few successful cases of VAV system in China.The reason why commissioning can not be carried out on a large scale in China lies in the lack of management system and technical system.In view of these,this paper studies the commissioning of VAV system from two aspects of management and technology.First of all,this paper defines the goal of building electromechanical system commissioning and designs the management system of building electromechanical system commissioning according to the actual engineering situation of our country.In the commissioning management system,the commissioning organization structure is standardized,and the commissioning work is assigned to each individual unit.The work flow of commissioning is divided into three stages: preparation stage,commissioning process stage and service stage.The work content of each stage is defined and a series of coordination and supervision mechanisms are designed to assist the work.Secondly,establish the technical system of VAV system commissioning based on the form and characteristics of VAV system.The technical process is divided into 3stages: commissioning start-up stage,commissioning preparation stage and on-site commissioning stage.The technical content and technical requirements of commissioning are defined,which have guiding significance for practical projects.Then,it analyzes the difficulty of static pressure point commissioning.In order to solve this difficulty,a simulation supported commissioning method is proposed.The implementation process is divided into five steps,which are data collection,model establishment,model accuracy verification,control scheme design and optimal control scheme selection.Finally,the proposed method of simulation support commissioning is applied to a practical engineering case based on Dymola platform using Modelica language.The results show that the optimal control scheme is to set the static pressure point at P5 and the pressure value at 228pa. |
