| Finding efficient operation regulation strategies is an important task of operation optimization in district heating substations.For the same heating system,the operators make different operation regulation strategies,and operation efficiency is different.In order to evaluate operation regulation strategies in district heating substations,it is necessary to identify actual o operation regulation strategies.However,most of the operators in district heating substations are ambiguous about actual operation regulation strategies.With the development of informationization in district heating substations,The “Wisdom-heating” management platform provides rich operating data,which is a good carrier of operating experience.An emerging technology called data mining is a powerful and versatile tool for extracting valuable knowledge hidden in massive amounts of data.Mining operation regulation strategies from actual data is undoubtedly a feasible way.This paper combine data mining technology with traditional data analysis method and applies it to actual data of operation regulation.In the first step,combine different data mining methods,such as autocorrelation function chart test,Fourier transform,Gaussian Mixture Modle clustering,Grubbs,correlation analyzing and linear regression analyzing efficiently to mine a supply-temperature operation regulation strategy of second-set with multiple operating regulation levels during a heating season.In the second step,Combine different data mining methods,such as autocorrelation function chart test,Grubbs efficiently to mine a flow operation regulation strategy of second-set with multiple operating regulation levels during a heating season.The third step,Put forward a workflow of evaluating operation regulation strategies.from three perspectives: operational modes of in district heating substations,overall heating energy consumption and energy saving potential of operation regulation strategies.Finally,the analysis module determined in the above steps are integrated into a data mining framework for identification and evaluation of operation regulation strategies based on heating operation data.Finally,The data mining framework is applied and tested respectively in district heating substations of public building and residential building.Preprocessed of case data and then analyzed of data mining framework.The results show that the data mining process framework can mine operation regulation strategies and evaluate it,effectively verifying the rationality and effectiveness of the data mining process framework.Therefore,This method can be used in the analysis of the heating operation data of more district heating substations in the future,and can guide operation optimization in district heating substations,which has certainly practical significance. |
