| With the development of economy and the improvement of management,the Financial Sharing Services Center has become a new management system being applied by various organizations.Considering the adaptability varies a lot in the application of the Financial Sharing Services Center.It is difficult to get an objective understanding of the Financial Sharing Services Center based on the simple evaluation,which is also unable to stimulate an effective improvement solution.This aims to establish an evaluation system of the Financial Sharing Services Center operating capability which is based on the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods.CMM model fuzzy level analytic method and analytic hierarchy process will be used in this thesis.Combined with the author’s working experience,the author aims to provide an objective solution to improve the Financial Sharing Services Center operating capability.Company G,as state-owned key enterprise,plays an important role in the fields of hydro-power generation,infrastructure construction and smart enterprise construction.Company G’s branches scatter all over the province which hinders the company’s standard financial management.Therefore,the finance reformation is extremely urgent.Up to now,Company G has established the Financial Sharing Services Center and has made some progress in organizational structure,company regulations and human resources.On the other hand,the Financial Sharing Services Center also has many problems to be solved,such as how to optimize the organizational structure to promote the scale economy,how to promote the work efficiency caused by the lack of individuality in the work flow,how to promote the communications,how to prevent the brain drain.These problems and their solutions will be discussed in this thesis,which the author hopes will be beneficial to the construction of Financial Sharing Services Center. |
