The Application And Development Of Financial Leasing In Chinese Aviation Field

In recent years,with the rapid development in Chinese aviation field,the competition in this industry turns to very hush,and those important issues,like the market rapidly occupation,the scale effect,at the same time to reduce the advance payment pressure while to increase the profitability,to properly match the fund demand between the cash flow and the debt,need to be solved anxiously by those companies in this field.In aviation industry,the airlines need hundreds of millions RMB for purchasing the plan and other relevant devices a time,when the airline companies badly need to increase the fleet but inadequately funded.Finance leasing,a financial product which offered fund and product,was favored by the companies in this field for it is not only works out the problem that capital funds tied up for a long time,but also enhance the efficiency and velocity of money.The finance leasing is one kind of new financial instrument.Its active roles in many parts,such as bringing foreign exchange funds,promoting to upgrade technologies,sales,turning the fixed assets around or to optimize the allocation of resources and so on,it would satisfy the demand for quick fund,also adapt the development trend of the economy.It was the result of reform and opening up policy for introducing the financing leasing into China and achieved great development.This industry is gradually on the way up through so many years development in China.But comparing the proportion of the financing leasing total value of the net assets in GDP or the market penetration,and the low level of development in the combination of financing leasing and the real economy,there is a distance between China and America or other developed countries,.Those all indicates that it has a huge developing space in China.The application and development of financial leasing in aviation field will be elaborated in this thesis,which included civil aviation field,general aviation field,and other related supporting fields of aviation and the aviation training field.It indicates that there is a huge room for growth in aviation field,so as in aviation leasing market.China’s aviation field will come to a new phase,while the increasing of companies in aviation and aviation leasing industry,the transformation of market view and the support in related policy from the government.Meantime,by studying three cases in practical work to analysis the financial leasing operation in aviation field,by using the panel data model to figure out the effects of financial leasing to those listed companies in the industry.And through SWOT analysis on aviation field,the thesis will reach out the strengths and weaknesses of the aviation financial leasing also summarize the challenges and opportunities in the field.Hope to figure out a better way which is suitable for our domestic market in aviation financial leasing market by viewing the principles and the domestic status of aviation financial leasing.By resolving the financial leasing demand for the development of aviation,and promoting the development of overall industry,the financial leasing can be not only applied in introducing airplanes,but also in navigation and other matching fields and it will also increase the aviation value chain.Eventually,it will drive the whole development of China’s aviation industry,by the development of all the relevant industries.
