Hydraulic coupler is the most important soft connection equipment in the port belt coal transportation system.It can ensure the motor power output and ensure the safety of the motor at the same time.When the belt coal conveying system is overloaded,the temperature of the coupler will rise sharply.If the monitoring is not timely,the oil injection will pollute the environment and cause irreversible damage to the hydraulic coupler.Therefore,it is very important to detect and early warn the working temperature of hydraulic coupling.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,this thesis introduces the structure and characteristics of the hydraulic coupling,which is widely used at present and the defects of the fusible plug temperature monitoring technology.According to the field situation,the temperature monitoring scheme of the hydraulic coupling based on infrared temperature measurement technology is proposed,and the principle involved is analyzed in detail,and introduce The principle and current situation at home and abroad.Then,the temperature detection system of belt conveyor hydraulic coupler based on infrared temperature measurement technology and STM32F103,as the main control chip is designed.The composition of the system,the selection of key components and parameters are introduced in detail.The development of functional software such as signal acquisition,data processing and error correction is introduced.The corresponding relationship between the internal and external temperature of the hydraulic coupler is verified through field experiment and debugging.The accuracy and practicability of the detection system meet the requirements of industrial field.In order to eliminate the influence of complex environment and working conditions on measurement,the Elman neural network model with recursion and feedback is proposed based on Elman neural network model with recursion and feedback,and the traditional Sigma is replaced by hysteresis function in hidden layer.The improved Elman neural network model is constructed to denoise the data and realize the temperature difference compensation to ensure the detection accuracy.The simulation and operation results prove the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.The hydraulic coupling temperature detection system of belt conveyor developed in this thesis,has been installed on BJ8-3 belt conveyor of T25 transfer tower of Qinhuangdao Port No.7 branch company.The operation results show that the detection system runs stably,has high temperature measurement accuracy,no false alarm,achieves the expected effect,and has the value of popularization and application.
