Micro processing technology is a new type of processing technology produced in the micro field compared to traditional processing technology.It has a wide range of applications in the fields and scope of precision instruments,micro models,aerospace,jewelry,and automobiles.Micro parts are miniaturized in volume and form.Driven by the design goals,extensive research has been carried out.These researches mainly focus on the preparation methods and processes of micro-parts,the integration of chips,and the formation process of semiconductor materials.This paper obtains micro-parts through experiments,analyzes the shape and model of parts with different parameters,and tests and verifies the performance and parameters of the parts.By adjusting the content of cobalt and graphene to improve the performance of the material,certain breakthroughs have been made in the dimensional accuracy,strength,rigidity,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the parts.Use SU-8 photoresist and reticle to make micro film by photolithography technology,and then use electroforming technology to obtain micro gears,connecting rods and other parts.By adjusting the content of cobalt and graphene in the micro electroforming process,analyze the effect The influence of corrosion resistance and wear resistance of materials or parts.The electroforming experimental device obtains the pure nickel and nickel-cobalt graphene micro-parts with a thickness of 400.The SEM scanning electron microscope is used to characterize the morphology of the parts.The XRD diffractometer is used to observe the phase of the overall micro-parts,measure the grain size,and calculate.The hardness value of the miniature gear is measured by the microhardness tester,and the hardness distribution value is tested.Compared with pure nickel micro-parts,the subject uses a combination of photolithography and micro-electroforming processes to effectively prepare nickel-cobalt-graphene and nickel-cobalt micro-parts.By controlling the content of cobalt and graphene,the performance of micro-parts can be affected.Wear resistance,hardness,corrosion resistance and surface quality provide a method for the preparation of high-performance composite micro-parts.
