High speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(HSPMSM)has the merits of great ability density,great efficiency and rapid dynamic respond.In traditional high-speed applications,high-power and low-speed induction motors and gearboxes are widely used to achieve growth,but the device has some problems,such as low efficiency,large volume,serious noise and lubricating grease pollution.HSPMSM can directly drive high-speed load,which fundamentally solves the above problems.However,due to the constraints of HSPMSM heat dissipation and modal structure design,it is difficult to install mechanical position sensors.This article uses HFI and SMO to carry out the research of position sensorless control.The main research contents are as follows:First,through the coordinate transformation,the mathematical model of HSPMSM is established,the vector control and space vector pulse width modulation((Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)technology are briefly introduced,and the HSPMSM vector control model using actual position and speed feedback is built in the Simulink simulation environment.Secondly,based on the saturated convex polarity principle of surface mount motor,the high frequency injection method is studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)in order to solve the problem of using too many filters in the high frequency injection method,a novel current extraction method is adopted to extract the fundamental current without the filter.(2)in order to solve the problem that polarity judgment is needed in the initial position detection of high frequency injection method,the polarity judgment under actual working condition is effectively realized by combining forced location method and pulse voltage amplitude detection method.Thirdly,an improved sliding mode observer is designed to estimate the rotor position in the high speed domain:(1)the control function is adjusted and the sigmoid function is used instead of the symbolic function to weaken the chattering of the system;(2)the adaptive sliding mode gain is introduced to obtain the rotor flux value which does not change with the speed;(3)a rotor flux observer is proposed to filter out the high frequency components of the rotor flux.The simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the chattering of the system and reduce the estimation error.Finally,the HSPMSM experimental platform is designed and built,and the experimental verification is completed on this platform.
