In recent years,in order to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,China has introduced a series of policies such as rural revitalization strategy,agricultural modernization and agricultural supply side reform,and China’s rural industry has gradually transformed from a single traditional agriculture to the integration of the three industries.At present,with the disorderly spread of village industry in China,the problem of uncoordinated development between industry and space has appeared in the village development and construction,and even caused damage to the village ecological environment.Therefore,it is very urgent to carry out reasonable planning and regulation of villages and explore a planning strategy suitable for the coordinated development of village industry and space.Under the new normal,as the endogenous driving force of rural development,industry and the land affect the economic development of villages,so it is particularly important to promote the integrated development of various industries in villages.Villages should adhere to the principle of transformation of primary industry,guidance of secondary industry and linkage of tertiary industry,develop characteristic industries according to local conditions,reconstruct rural space through coordinated development of industries,and promote sustainable development of rural areas.With the rapid development of the Internet,and gradually penetrate into the rural hinterland,for the integration of the Internet and rural development provides a technical basis.As an emerging form of economic development,"Internet +" provides technical support for the development of "integration of production and village".Internet-based economic transformation will be the direction of rural development in the future.Under the background of "Internet +",the concept of integration of industry and village is combined with village planning,the diversified industrial development model of village is explored,and the coordinated development of village industry and space is promoted.In this paper,the development process of rural areas and the interaction between industry and village are sorted out,and the development characteristics of village industry and space are summarized by studying relevant research progress and practical cases at home and abroad.The development mechanism of the integration of industry and village and the action mechanism of the spatial coupling of industry and village under the background of "Internet +" are clarified,and the coupling mode of industry and village space is constructed.The driving factors,development goals and construction principles of the integration of industry and village under the background of "Internet +" are proposed.Under the interactive influence of village network elements,industrial development planning and spatial planning,adaptive planning regulation strategies and strategies are proposed from three levels of network interconnection,industrial restructuring and spatial restructuring.The planning and development strategies studied in this paper are applied to actual cases to carry out empirical research.Taking Jiushan Village,Xiabaoping Town,Yiling District,Yichang City as an example,this paper analyzes the planning strategy of integration of production and village in Jiushan Village under the background of "Internet +",and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further development of village industry space,so as to demonstrate the suitability of integration theory of production and village in village construction.
