| With the increasing scale of civil engineering,technical requirements become increasingly high,the scene turnover material inputs required for growing under stressful situations schedule requirements,vehicles of the type,quantity,only relying on manpower to dispatch and arrange vehicles has brought many problems.This article conducted an in-depth investigation of the civil engineering vehicle dispatch management situation of a construction unit of an electric power company in Shanxi,conducted a demand analysis based on the actual situation of the unit,and developed and designed a civil engineering vehicle dispatching management system,which adopts the B/S architecture.C#language is used as the system development language,Microsoft Visual Studio is used as the system development platform,ASP.NET is the system development tool,Microsoft SQL Server is the background database,and IIS is the WEB server to develop the civil engineering vehicle scheduling management system.The system is divided into personnel file management,vehicle file management,vehicle scheduling management,system dynamic query and report generation modules,which realizes the information management of personnel,departments and vehicles,vehicle application approval,vehicle maintenance approval,vehicle scheduling and corresponding report generation.On-site personnel can apply for a vehicle through the system,and match the approval process based on the type of application form.After the reviewer passes the approval,the system automatically selects the vehicle and driver to perform the task according to the content of the application form.The system realizes the real-time positioning of the vehicle and the display of the vehicle’s trajectory by receiving the latitude and longitude transmitted by the on-board equipment.First,by analyzing the current research results of vehicle dispatch management at home and abroad,determine the main functions of the system development and study its feasibility.The actual needs of the actual situation and on-site management of existing civil engineering construction unit vehicle scheduling management research,analyze optimization of its existing business processes,target development and should complete the task.Secondly,the problem of automatic vehicle scheduling is discussed.Taking into account the current situation of dump vehicle scheduling,a mathematical model of dump vehicle scheduling is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.The solution result is matched with the vehicle and driver in the database,and the system interface is directly displayed The vehicles to be selected will be dispatched directly by the system after approval by the approving personnel.Finally,this article tests the functions of the system,and the test results have reached the expected development goals of the system and can meet the daily dispatch management of construction vehicles by the enterprise. |
