Research On Renewal Planning Strategy Of Historical District Along Dali Ancient Post-road From The Perspective Of Socio-spatial

Renewal of historic district protection in urban development is a eternal proposition of constant summary and feedback.In the current transformation of the development of Chinese cities,there are much growing problems such as :historical district space energy is lost,the culture characteristics gradually dissipate,space tends to homogeneity and scenic spots.Because of the complex population structure and multiple space requirements,the update of the historical district planning exploration can not only stay in the physical space,also need to pay attention to the immaterial space and the interaction relationship,to seek the method of historical district update path by this way.This thesis follows the idea of "putting forward the problem—analyzing the problem —solving the problem",starts from the perspective of "socio-spatial",and explicit the guiding function of this theory,to establish the "material-society-culture" analysis framework of historical districts.In this thesis,Longweiguan historic district in Dali,which is in the critical period of updating,was selected as the case of in-depth study,using methods such as field interviews,questionnaires,behavioral observation on detailed analysis of the characteristic of district space.At the same time,Sideng Street in Shaxi is taken as a comparative research case,and further analyze the "social-space" mutual construction relationship,and analyze the influencing factors of spatial characteristics.This thesis put forward the updating protection principle of the historical district along Dali post-road.,based on the principle,multivariate harmony is the core of the district updating planning strategy.Including three aspects:Multidimensional Coexistence of Space Form,Multidimensional operating of Cultural Industry and Multidimensional Co-construction of Behavior Activity research.And multivariate resultative force and dynamic cycle are taken as the path to effectively promote the sustainable development of historic districts,in order to provide a useful reference for the renewal planning of the same type of historic district.
