Driven by reform and opening up,the country’s economy has developed rapidly and the construction industry has also entered a stage of vigorous development.From the Shanghai World Financial Center to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,my country has achieved world-renowned achievements in engineering construction.However,in recent years,the resignation rate of construction management team members has continued to rise,gradually revealing the problems of construction organization and management.The resignation of construction management team members not only seriously hindered the construction process of the project,but also seriously hindered the development and growth of construction enterprises.More and more leaders are aware of the seriousness of the problem and urgently need to be resolved.Although my country’s academic research on resignation has a certain foundation,it is still relatively weak.Especially from the perspective of attachment theory,the research on the resignation of construction management team members is even rarer.Therefore,based on the perspective of attachment theory,we discuss architecture the resignation of construction management team members has certain practical significance.This paper uses the method of randomly issuing questionnaires to collect data,and finally takes the collected 251 samples as the research object,uses SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software to conduct empirical analysis,and explores the subordinate-leader attachment relationship to the resignation of construction management team members Psychological path of intentional influence The research conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between the subordinate-leader’s safety attachment relationship and the building construction management team’s intention to resign,and the subordinate-leader avoidance attachment relationship is significantly positively correlated with the building construction management team’s intention to resign.There is a significant positive correlation between the leadership anxiety-type attachment relationship and the resignation intention of the construction management team members.(2)Organizational trust plays a full intermediary role between the subordinate-leader’s safety attachment relationship and the building construction management team’s intention to resign,and it plays a part between the subordinate-leader avoidance attachment relationship and the building construction management team’s intention to resign.However,the intermediary effect of organizational trust is not significant between the subordinate-leader anxious attachment relationship and the resignation intention of the construction management team members.(3)Subordinate-leader security attachment is significantly positively correlated with organizational trust;subordinate-leader avoidance attachment is significantly negatively correlated with organizational trust;subordinate-leader anxious attachment is not significantly correlated with organizational trust.(4)Promotion opportunities play a moderating role in the negative influence of the subordinate-leader’s safe attachment relationship on the resignation intention of the building construction management team;the subordinate-leader avoidance attachment relationship has a positive impact on the building construction management team’s resignation intention Play a regulatory role in between.This research not only broadens the scope of application of attachment theory and provides a broader perspective for subsequent research,but also provides new ideas for the construction management team to retain talents to ensure the construction process of construction projects and promote construction enterprises Healthy development. |
