In recent years,my country’s urbanization has developed rapidly.Due to the limited land resources,the development and utilization of urban underground space is particularly important.Urban foundation pit projects are often surrounded by relatively dense existing buildings or infrastructure.Foundation pit construction becomes very difficult due to environmental conditions,and once an accident occurs in a foundation pit project,it will inevitably lead to economic losses,and it may even be severe.Injuries and deaths are caused.Therefore,during the design and construction of the deep foundation pit project,a safe,economical,and reasonable optimal design plan should be selected according to the actual conditions of the project,and then constructed according to the drawings and accurately monitored to ensure the construction of the foundation pit Safe and smooth progress.The genesis of the peat soil in Dianchi Lake in Kunming Basin is complicated,and the nature of geotechnical engineering is poor.Foundation pit engineering in this area often faces various difficulties in the process of design and construction.Therefore,the optimization and research on the supporting schemes of deep foundation pits in soft soil in Kunming Basin can be seen in the importance of guiding the design and construction of deep foundation pits in this area.This paper takes a soft soil deep foundation pit project in Kunming as the research object,analyzes the engineering geological characteristics of peat soil in the study area,and uses the value engineering method to optimize the foundation pit support plan,and then uses FLAC3D software to analyze the excavation work of the foundation pit.Numerical simulation is carried out on the conditions,and finally excavation and monitoring are carried out according to the support plan,and the simulation results are compared with the monitoring results.The main contents are as follows:(1)Briefly summarize the current domestic and foreign research status of the optimization of foundation pit supporting schemes;explain the function mechanism of pile-anchor supporting structure and cement-soil mixing pile.(2)Analyze the formation age and distribution space of the peat soil in the study area,conduct research tests on the peat soil in study area,analyze its pnysicai and mechanical properties,and evaluate the geotechnical characteristics of the peat soil foundation,and formulate on this basis The foundation pit support options,and then use value engineering principles to optimize the foundation pit support options.(3)Using FLAC3D finite difference software to simulate the excavation process of the foundation pit,obtain the simulation values of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the foundation pit soil and analyze the simulation results to verify the rationality and feasibility of the foundation pit support scheme.(4)During the construction process,collect actual monitoring values such as the settlement displacement of the surrounding soil of the foundation pit,the top displacement of the supporting pile,and the deep horizontal displacement,and compare the simulation results with the monitoring results to further illustrate the deep foundation pit.The rationality of the optimization of the support scheme and the correctness of the numerical simulation hope to provide a reference for the design and construction of the soft soil deep foundation pit in Kunming area in the future.
