| Since 2010,the number of automobile ownership in China has grown rapidly,the total number and increment of automobile drivers have reached the first in the world,and the traditional automobile driving training method is increasingly unsuitable for market demand.The vehicle driving simulation device has the advantages of high safety,low investment cost,high training efficiency,etc,and is more and more widely applied in driving training.At present,the vehicle driving simulation device with excellent performance and strong function is expensive and unaffordable for medium-sized and small-scale driving schools.It is of great practical significance to develop economic vehicle driving simulation devices that are cheap and can satisfy the needs of medium and small scale driving schools.On the basis of extensive investigation and consulting the relevant domestic and foreign literatures,according to the actual application needs and technical requirements of medium and small scale driving schools,the overall design scheme of the mechanical system of the vehicle driving simulation device based on the six-DOF Stewart platform was determined.Taking the control system of vehicle driving simulation device as the research object,this paper emphatically discussed the R&D of the control system of vehicle driving simulation device.Aiming at the lack of control system and equipment to meet the driving simulation needs of medium and small scale driving schools in the market,the overall design scheme of control system taking industrial control computer as the upper computer and movement control card of GTS-800 model of Goo Gol Company as the lower computer was proposed.The development and design of control system software and hardware and the optimization of control parameters based on the classical wash-out filtering algorithm were discussed in detail.On the basis of establishing the overall design scheme of vehicle driving simulation device,the scheme design of mechanical system and control system of it was discussed in detail.This paper introduced the mechanical structure design of Stewart platform with six-DOF and the hardware design of control system based on GTS-800 motion control card of Goo Gol Company.Through the kinematic analysis of positional forward and reverse solution and somatosensory simulation analysis of the six-DOF Stewart platform,the parameters of the classical wash-out filtering algorithm were further optimized using the PSO algorithm(Particle swarm optimization),which effectively improved the fidelity and response speed of the simulated driving action.The control system software developed by C# programming language was available for controlling the expansion and retraction of each electric cylinder of Stewart platform through classical wash-out filtering algorithm,somatosensory analysis and kinematic analysis according to the operating signal of drivers,thus realizing accurate simulation of driving,meanwhile,it could monitor the dynamic changes of drivers’ operating information,axis data and axis state in real time.field debugging and results showed that under situations of less hardware cost investment,the developed economic vehicle driving simulation device control system could realize efficient data acquisition and signal processing to ensure the control accuracy of driving simulation.Moreover,all technical indicators met the practical application needs of medium and small scale driving schools,which could be widely promoted. |
