| In Tibet,electricity consumption has increased dramatically in recent years and the distribution network has continuously expanded.The pace of construction in reactive power planning is obviously lagging behind.The most common problems are the lack of reactive power compensation equipment,unreasonable distribution and low operation rate.This situation results that the distribution network operating voltage does not meet the requirements,either too high or too low.It also makes the power factor low.The network loss is large.The stable operation of the whole system is affected.The current reactive power planning algorithm uses a specific radial operation mode.The disadvantage is that different operation modes will have different optimal reactive power planning schemes in the actual feeder operation process.The existing reactive power planning systems lack consideration of the influence of different operation modes on Reactive power planning results.Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic algorithms of reactive power planning,including forward and backward power flow algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm;Secondly,the reactive power planning system of distribution network is designed,and the system structure of reactive power planning of distribution network is designed,including the overall framework design and design process of the system,the data structure design of each module and business application module of the system;Finally,considering the influence of different operation modes,a mathematical model of reactive power planning is established to improve the operation economy of power system.A successive compensation method is proposed to determine the position of compensation points.Then,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to calculate the compensation capacity according to the position of compensation points.Finally,the incremental method is used to coordinate and optimize the number,position and capacity of compensation points,The detailed design of the reactive power planning system of the distribution network is realized.The flow chart of the algorithm of the reactive power planning system of the distribution network is given,and the specific parameter design of the algorithm is given.The reactive power planning system software is designed to realize the reactive power planning algorithm of distribution network and achieve the purpose of automatic processing.Through the design of this system,the guarantee system can run efficiently for a long time,and escort the automation of distribution network.Through this system,the safe operation of medium voltage power grid and economic value-added can be realized. |
