China’s economy is still in the mid-to-high-speed development stage.The population aging problem is becoming serious.And national finance is spending more on medical care.These factors have contributed to the huge growth potential of the medical device market.Relevant data shows that China’s medical devices sales have grown with high speed for many years.However,China’s medical device companies lack a marketing strategic vision,which affects the company’s product promotion effect and profitability to a certain extent.As a medical device agent sales company,making a marketing strategy that suitable for its own development has become the primary consideration for BK business managers.This article takes BK company as the research object.Based on the PEST analysis method / Porter’s five forces analysis method,the article analyzed the operation status,internal and external environment of BK company.Based on the SWOT method,the article summarized the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of BK.The author made a specific market positioning strategy for BK: for the first-class hospitals,to promote mid-to-high products such as high-pressure balloons,drug balloons,drug stents,degradable stents,etc.And for the second-class hospitals,to promote low-to-end products such as ordinary balloons and ordinary stents.The author also made market combination strategy for BK: specific product strategies,price strategies,channel strategies,and promotion strategies.The article also puts forward relevant suggestions in terms of organization,human resources,financial resources,and culture to ensure the marketing strategies can be carried out.The research of BK marketing strategy can help BK clarify the development opportunities and challenges of the medical device market,and help it expand its market share It played a strong role in the product marketing process to the other medical device companies.It can enrich the research methods of marketing strategy in the academic field.
