The fuse is the most commonly used electronic component in the circuit,and the fuse is used as a protection device from a nuclear power plant to a cell phone charger.Therefore,we need to carry out rigorous testing,and to solve the problem that the short-circuit current of the traditional fuse device is not equal to the load current,that is,the actual test current value,a data analysis method is proposed to study and establish a model to ensure the accuracy of the test current.The model is one of the functions of the system.The realization of the basic functions of the system is to ensure that the fuse test data can solve other existing problems,and it is also the basis for the application of the model in this article.Combining the current development background,with the goal of managing fuse testing,research and write papers.The following is the research content of this article:1.Establish a linear regression model for fuse testing.Using the test current as the independent variable and the set value as the dependent variable,194 sets of data are modeled by regression analysis using MATLAB.Through segmented modeling of the data,it can be concluded that the segment of 100A-700 A can be approximated by 25 A for correction to reduce errors.But the errors in other segments are difficult to control.2.Establish a BP neural network model for fuse testing.The set value is the dependent variable,the test current value,the resistance value of the fuse,and the test cable are the independent variables of 194 sets of data using MATLAB for BP neural network modeling,and the error is within the range of-30 A to 30 A.After comparing the fitted values of the two models,it is found that the fitted value of the BP neural network is the closest to the actual value.3.Design and implement a C/S structure test management system.Choose My SQL as the database,Microsoft Visual studio 2010 as the application software development tool and C# as the development language.Test application,review,test arrangement and test results are recorded,and a report in the company’s prescribed format is formed to realize the addition,deletion,modification,and inspection of data.In summary,model prediction is a requirement of the management system in this paper.After using MATLAB to train two models for fuse testing,the system calls the interface prediction test equipment of the BP neural network model with better prediction results.Set value,auxiliary test.The test management system is the basis of model prediction.The digital storage of data provides data support for more models and intelligence in the future.
