With the sweeping of 5G,the cloud,artificial intelligence and the government’s painstakingly effort in advocating new infrastructure,the server market will,without any doubt,grow rapidly in the next few years.Consequently,the market of server power supply,server’s key component,is bound to have a brutal competition.It not only need to meets the demands of server-terminal clients,but also needs to feed server assembling plants.Therefore,competition of sever power supply are seen getting diversified and escalating ever rapidly.A company has been established for more than 50 years.It has been devoting to R&D,manufacturing and sales of server power supply.Despite the fact that A company is considered the Alpha in this field,its market share remains low in China.The domestic sales account for merely less than 10% of its total sales.The paper,taking A company as the research subject,sets off the project by examining both the interior and exterior environment of A company.Other than that,analysis of the industry development and industrial rivals is conducted as well.Incorporating both international and domestic academic works,the paper makes a thorough study and examination of A company’s marketing data and products.It is unveiled that though A company maintains a complete chain of products,it is problems including single sale channel,high pricing,lack of flexibility and unsatisfying marketing team that prevent A company from opening the market.Although a yearly increase has been seen in the sales volume of the Chinese market,the growth rate has not synchronized with the market growth.The paper manages to locate the target market for A company: the standard as well as the customized power supply market.Drawn from the 4P theory,the paper promoted the correspondent product strategy for A company.To maintain a proficient and productive processing of the 4P strategy,comprehensive safeguard measures are strongly suggested to put into effect,including the construction of a professional marketing team and the establishment of a constant communication channel.Based on this research,it is unveiled that the server power market maintains huge potential in sustainable development.Hopefully,A company could make use of the optimization and safeguard measures to facilitate and accelerate a rapid growth,a maximized reach out to potential customers and a constant expanding market share.
