| The manufacturing process of motor is a complex system engineering,involving many complex processes.M-type motor belongs to J enterprise Y series three-phase asynchronous AC motor,because of its relatively simple structure,low price and more widely used,the type of motor sales gradually increased,all kinds of quality problems such as motor bearing noise,starting current and no-load current is too large,also increased.However,the traditional inspection and process quality control methods currently used by enterprises are timeconsuming,labor-intensive and do not allow timely detection of various quality problems in the process of processing,leading to an increase in the defect rate,so this paper is based on J2 EE technology design and development of M-type motor key process quality control system.First of all,we introduce the process flow and main procedures of M-type motor production.Based on the feedback from M-type motor customers and factory inspection,we use Pareto diagrams to determine the most frequent bearing noise problem of motors and analyze the process that produce this problem.Establish a process importance evaluation system,quantify the indicators in the process importance evaluation system,determine the weights of the process importance evaluation indicators using the fuzzy evaluation method of triangular fuzzy numbers,calculate the criticality of each process in the production process of M-type motors,and determine the critical processes as end cover machining process,the complete machine assembly process and the rotor machining process according to the ranking of the comprehensive indicators.Use the 5M1 E analysis method to find out the influencing factors of key processes,and use the hierarchical analysis method to find out the key influencing factors and use them as the quality control index of key processes.Secondly,the key process quality control issues that cause bearing noise problems in Mtype motors were investigated.Based on statistical process control theory,quality control charts for key processes are designed for the end cover machining process,the complete machine assembly process and the rotor machining process.The situations where the quality control chart is in a stable and abnormal state and the possible causes are studied.The calculation of the process capability index for critical processes is investigated to provide a basis for the implementation of quality control for key processes.Finally,the design,development and application of a key process quality control system for M-type motors are studied in terms of requirements,functional design,system development platform selection and database design,etc.A J2EE-based key process quality control system for M-type motors is designed and developed.In the process of using the system,quality inspectors can complete complex mathematical and scientific calculations and draw quality control diagrams for key processes through simple operations,enabling real-time online process quality control for end cover machining process,the complete machine assembly process and the rotor machining process,improving process quality management. |
