Research On The Creation Of Tea Space Based On "The Beauty Of Wabi-sabi"

Wabi-sabi aesthetics is a traditional form of Japanese aesthetics and an important part of Japanese aesthetics.Tracing back to its roots,the original consciousness of Wabi-Sabi was born in my country’s Zen culture,Taoist culture,and tea culture.It was later introduced to Japan,combined with the social conditions of Japan at that time,and gradually merged with local culture,giving birth to the aesthetics of Wabi-Sabi.Tasting tea is a way of calming and concentrating,stealing a moment of leisure for the busy daily life.As the tea-drinking culture is more and more accepted by more people,the concept of tea space came into being,which is also a manifestation of the improvement of people’s living standards.People need tea space,so this type of space can’t just give it functionality,but must achieve a certain aesthetic realm and cultural atmosphere,in order to demonstrate the comfort that tea space brings to tea drinking.As the main body of the space,the furniture in the tea space should not only pay attention to practicality,but also to match with the furnishings in the first environment to create an atmosphere of wabi-sabi aesthetics.At present,the overall design system of tea space in China is not complete.Based on the in-depth understanding of Wabi Aesthetics,this thesis hopes to start from the perspective of design and aesthetics,and explore Wabi in the tea space based on the relevant theories of Wabi culture.The fitting points with the design of furniture,furnishings,light and shadow,etc.,provide new theoretical thinking for tea space design.The key to this article lies in the interpretation of Wabi-Sabi Aesthetics.Wabi-Sabi Aesthetics is Japan’s traditional aesthetic consciousness,but it is deeply influenced by the cultural content of Zen,Tea,and Taoism in our country.It was later integrated with local culture in Japan.Five chapters discuss the design research of Wabi-Sabi Aesthetics and Tea Space.This article firstly starts with the Chinese Zen tea culture,and grasps the cultural foundation and spiritual connotation from it through the study of the Chinese Zen tea culture.Furthermore,collect and sort out the tea-tasting environment that appeared in poetry and painting works of the past dynasties.Summarize the type of tea space and the artistic conception in it.On this basis,I deeply understand the relationship between Zen and Wabi-Sabi aesthetics,analyze tea furniture and tea space,and summarize the methods of constructing Wabi-Sabi artistic conception.Based on the understanding of wabi-sabi aesthetics and tea space design,it systematically analyzes the tea space design theory,form of expression,choice of materials,and environment creation.Finally,through the furniture,furnishings,colors,texture,light and shadow,virtual reality,sound,and other aspects in the space,a wabi-sabi tea space that can be experienced in all directions through vision,touch,smell,and hearing is created.The nature,simplicity,elegance,and obscurity that make wabi lonely,all It is presented three-dimensionally.
