| With the transformation of manufacturing industry and the integration of information technology,modern manufacturing industry has been developing towards the direction of advanced manufacturing industry.Manufacturing informatization is the general trend of the development of manufacturing industry.The service goal of advanced manufacturing and informatization can be realized by combining the current spatial crowdsourcing,and the cooperation channel between enterprises and society can be opened up.In this way,through the Internet for all the social staff,the individual wisdom and labor force together,by way of reward and speed dating to find accurate service providers,in many ways to eliminate information asymmetry and improve efficiency and reduce costs.Taking equipment maintenance as an example,the thesis introduces spatial crowdsourcing to solve the problem of maintenance task allocation for different equipment maintenance scenarios.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.Considering that workers have personal subjectivity and will not blindly perform assigned tasks,there is the possibility of refusal.The thesis defines the spatial crowdsourcing online task assignment problem under worker rejection and propose a dynamic spatial crowdsourcing processing framework.In order to reduce the possibility of the workers refused to,using the principal component analysis(PCA)to predict workers degree of interest in the task,and proposes the sequencing algorithm based on Max Flow and not repeat build crisscross tree algorithm based on KM,achieve global distribution of the maximum matching the highest interest distribution,finally using real and synthetic datasets verify the validity of the algorithm.2.In view of the situation that equipment maintenance tasks cover multiple aspects of business and need to be completed in multiple steps,the thesis defines the teamoriented online task assignment problem of spatial crowdsourcing and puts forward a two-stage processing framework.Considering that team diversity can improve the quality of task completion,the thesis aims to find the allocation scheme to maximize team diversity.In the first stage,DFS is used to find candidate teams with skill coverage.In the second stage,the greedy algorithm of pruning and the allocation algorithm based on priority replacement are proposed to allocate tasks respectively.Finally using real and synthetic datasets verify the validity of the algorithm.3.In the case of sudden equipment failure or limited remaining maintenance time,urgent management tasks must be assigned.In order to solve the problem,the thesis puts forward based on the distribution of the task priority,gives the initial task priority,defines the task priority calculation.According to the dynamic priority of task allocation,and build on Netlogo simulation software based on task priority spatial crowdsourcing model,validation task priority of task assignment. |
