With the outbreak of COVID-19 in China in 2020,cloud classroom has become one of the most important means for universities to resume their studies.At that time,the cloud classroom products in the market were mainly office software,such as enterprise wechat,Tencent conference,nailing,etc.,which had short functions and experience defects,so it was necessary to design a professional cloud classroom product.In the second chapter,based on the perspective of phenomenology,the author carries out the research on the experience design of cloud classroom,studies the development trend of cloud classroom and the theoretical system of phenomenology,and studies the experience in cloud classroom from the perspective of phenomenology.In the third chapter,in order to obtain the research of user behavior scenarios and needs,the author carried out a three semester classroom observation and interview on different university classrooms.Based on user research and phenomenological theory,this paper deduces the field specific behavior model.Combined with the experience characteristics of cloud classroom and user demand research,the "s-h-d-d positioning of cloud classroom learning experience" is deduced.In the fourth chapter,the author establishes "product experience design strategy from the perspective of body metaphor" and "comprehensive experience design strategy from the perspective of embodied scene" according to the field embodied behavior model.Using design tools to explore the direction of cloud classroom experience design,including the use of full contact generalized interface thinking,"form display" system diagram,and design the cloud classroom service system.The fifth chapter,under the guidance of experience design strategy,completes the practice of cloud classroom experience design.It includes three outputs: specialized hardware design,cloud classroom software design and Service Design Toolkit.In the service toolkit module,the author uses phenomenological attitude to optimize the existing design tools to make them more suitable for the use of digital products.The new toolkit provides reference for similar design practices in the future.
