| For tube heat exchanger with strong stability,resistance to high temperature and high pressure,simple operations and so on,is an important heat in petroleum,chemical industry production equipment.Through in-depth research and design of new type heat exchanger heat exchanger heat transfer process structure to improve the heat exchanger to improve thermal efficiency of energy utilization,reduce energy consumption measuring tool has important theoretical guiding significance.Traditional segment baffle heat exchanger shell side triangular exist in the process of fluid flow in heat transfer dead zone and transverse differential pressure big,etc.This paper proposes a taper hole baffle tube and shell heat exchanger,using CFD software contrast simulation and segment baffle heat exchanger under different conditions of shell side fluid flow field,temperature field,stress field characteristics,and compare the comprehensive performance of the two;Simulation studies different baffle structures such as flow volume,conical baffle spacing,hole shrinkage Angle and quantity of heat exchanger shell side pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient and the influence of comprehensive performance.The research content and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)A new type of shell and tube heat exchanger with conical hole baffle structure is proposed,conical baffle plate is in the whole circular hole taper gradually shrink hole baffle plate,heat exchange tube bundle and baffle plate fit closely,by the conical shell side fluid gradually shrink hole after,a longitudinal flow.(2)In order to better understand the mechanism of flow and heat transfer in the shell side of the conical hole baffle heat exchanger,the velocity attenuation distribution,friction coefficient distribution and surface heat transfer coefficient distribution of the single and double conical hole jets were studied through numerical simulation analysis,and the influence of the distance between the conical hole and the heat exchange tube bundle on the friction coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of the tube wall surface was revealed.(3)Compared with the bow baffle plate heat exchanger,taper hole longitudinally periodic baffle heat exchanger shell side fluid flow,the shell side flow field distribution uniformity,without obvious flow dead zone.When the shell side fluid through the taper hole baffle produces a certain velocity of jet flow,jet fluid of brushing of boosting the fluid turbulence.When the shell side fluid inlet flow rate is more than 1.96 kg/s,the taper hole comprehensive performance is greater than the bow baffle heat exchanger baffle plate heat exchanger.(4)The taper hole baffle heat exchanger shell side pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of flow volume,heat exchanger in comprehensive performance with the increase of taper hole flow volume and improve circulation volume ratio was 20.3%,the optimal heat exchanger performance.Taper hole baffle heat exchanger shell side pressure drop is gradually increasing with the increase of Angle of taper hole shrinkage,but shell side heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of taper hole shrinkage Angle and monotonous.31 for conical Angle of hole shrinkage,heat exchanger optimal comprehensive performance.Taper hole baffle heat exchanger shell side pressure drop and heat transfer coefficients with the taper hole decreases with the increasing of baffle spacing,heat exchanger in comprehensive performance and improve with the increase of baffle spacing,baffle spacing is 250 mm when the comprehensive performance of the optimal heat exchanger.Heat exchanger shell side pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient with the taper hole baffle plate number increases,the heat exchanger performance and reduce with the increase of number of baffle,baffle plate number for three pieces of comprehensive performance of the optimal heat exchanger. |
