Study On Patient Space Expansion Design Of Outpatient Building In General Hospital

The form and function of architectural design have distinct characteristics of the times,and the fundamental reason for the architectural function to show different forms and layout in different periods is that the attitude of designers and builders to architecture is different.It is a qualitative leap to take subjective self-expression as the center and realize the importance of users.With the rapid development of modern medicine,hospital outpatient space as the main space for patients,many hospitals began to consider the psychological and physiological needs of patients.However,it is still the main problem that the thinking of humanized design is not comprehensive enough and the deep needs of patients are ignored.In the actual use process,the lack of humanized design still plagues the patients to a certain extent.It has become an urgent need to realize "keeping pace with the times","humanization" and "diversification" of outpatient service.By combing the context and background of humanized development of outpatient function in medical buildings,we can understand the limitations of outpatient department design in general hospitals in different periods and different medical backgrounds,as well as the predecessors’ exploration of humanized design of outpatient space in general hospitals,so as to have a more systematic understanding of the development of outpatient space.Select the outpatient building of general hospital in actual use,observe the behavior of the patients,restore the spatial scale,start with the interaction between the behavior and space,analyze the relationship between the function,space,facilities,color of the outpatient building and the behavior and psychological needs of patients.Then,according to the needs of different physiological and psychological conditions of the patients,the gap between the outpatient space and the needs of the patients is analyzed,and the design method of making up the gap and expanding the space is found,so as to further improve the outpatient space design and improve the experience and satisfaction of the patients.Objective to optimize the design method of general hospital outpatient service and explore the development direction of function,space,decoration and color design of general hospital outpatient service in the future.
