Human beings have entered an industrial society due to the use of fossil energy to substantially increase productivity.As a result,human society’s science and technology,economy,and culture have developed vigorously.However,the excessive use of fossil energy has significantly deteriorated our living environment.Sustainable development has become an important concept held by many countries and regions in economic development and social governance.Therefore,we need to make more use of clean energy in our daily life and industrial production.As a new type of generator,the dielectric elastomer generator has the advantages of flexibility,light weight,low cost,etc.It can effectively collect and generate electricity from the mechanical energy that exists in the environment such as human motion energy,wind energy,and wave energy.However,the dielectric elastomer generator is still far away from the application,and the need to use an external high-voltage power supply to establish an electric field at both ends of the dielectric elastomer film is a restrictive problem.For this reason,this paper proposes a new idea of ??using electrets to establish a low-voltage electric field at both ends of the dielectric elastomer film,and designs a corresponding self biased circuit to enhance the dielectric elastomer generator by increasing the voltage of the dielectric elastomer generator.In addition,a parallel reverse connection circuit of rectifier diodes is designed to realize the reliable and stable collection of electric energy by the dielectric elastomer generator.The main research contents are as follows:1.Research on the source of electret electrostatic voltage.The electret is a "semi-permanent" charged dielectric material that can excite a long-lasting and stable electric field in the surrounding space,which is caused by the oriented dipole or unipolar charge in the electret material.There are mainly two types of electret materials: polymer films and amorphous inorganic films.This article uses corona discharge to make polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)materials into electrets,and establishes the basics physical model of electret electrostatic voltage sources.The voltage output formula of the electrostatic voltage source is deduced,and the electret voltage source is built with the electret to realize the establishment of the electric field at both ends of the dielectric elastomer film.2.Design and analysis of self-excitation circuit.This paper establishes a self-excitation circuit from the first order to the nth order,analyzes the whole process of the self-excitation circuit combined with the dielectric elastomer generator boosting,derives the formulas for the boost ratio and the amount of charge transferred,and visualizes them,reveals the relationship between the boost speed and the amount of transferred charge and the capacitance of the self-excitation circuit and the capacitance of the dielectric elastomer generator.3.Designed a dielectric elastomer generator energy harvesting system.This paper constructs an energy harvesting system including electret electrostatic voltage source,self biased circuit and dielectric elastomer generator.At the same time,in order to prevent excessive voltage from breaking down the dielectric elastomer film,innovatively design rectifier diodes in parallel and connected to the circuit,the stable operation of the energy harvesting system of the dielectric elastomer generator is realized,and good power generation performance is achieved.
