In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, enterprises often carry out innovation activities to seize market share and improve profit margin.Enterprise innovation activity is a key strategic investment behavior formulated and implemented by entrepreneurs to enhance enterprise innovation ability and maintain competitive advantage, but its effect takes a long time to see. Therefore, not all entrepreneurs are keen on enterprise innovation. From the perspective of entrepreneurship capital theory, innovation can be seen as the process of externalization of entrepreneurship. As a representative of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship brings strong impetus to innovation through the realization and application of intangible capital such as human capital, organizational capital and social capital. In the relationship among intangible capital, entrepreneurship and innovation, entrepreneurship plays an important role.It is like an engine, which inputs intangible capital in one section and outputs innovation in the other,so that enterprise innovation activities can be carried out continuously. Therefore, exploring the path of entrepreneurship on enterprise innovation can provide enlightening research evidence and a complete research framework for the relationship between entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation. However, entrepreneurship is difficult to be measured and determined directly by data.Based on this, this paper uses grounded theory,a research method that can embody entrepreneurship,to select two leading figures,Gree and Haier, who have a clear impact on the enterprise innovation process and whose innovation performance is ahead of the industry level.First of all, through the extraction of the original data, the corresponding categories of the entrepreneurial qualities of Dong and Zhang are summarized;Secondly, the logical relationship is sorted out,and the data obtained from the open decoding are summarized in the order of "causality action strategy result",and the main decoding is interpreted as follows: the mechanism of each corresponding category of entrepreneurship influencing enterprise innovation is mainly reflected in the three stages of innovation drive innovation implementation innovation persistence;Thirdly,on the basis of the above open decoding and spindle decoding,we selectively decode the obtained concepts and categories, and draw the following story line: the exploration and enterprising spirit of entrepreneurs is the foundation of enterprise innovation activities.Entrepreneurial responsibility and cooperation spirit also affect the core of enterprise innovation,so that the development of enterprise innovation activities can be realized at different levels, and stimulate the innovation practice of all staff.Entrepreneurial innovation and entrepreneurship can break the original balance, establish a new balance, create new opportunities, create a good innovation atmosphere and culture, and integrate entrepreneurship with enterprise innovation; Finally, this paper analyzes the innovation performance of Gree and Haier,in order to find out how entrepreneurship affects innovation performance.Based on the grounded theoretical model of the impact of entrepreneurship on enterprise innovation process and the analysis of innovation performance, this paper draws the conclusion that entrepreneurship promotes the level of enterprise innovation through the interaction of three dimensions: strategic dimension, organizational dimension and talent dimension, and entrepreneurship constantly sublimates the process of enterprise innovation.Based on this, this paper proposes how to build innovation network, integrate various resources, and make entrepreneurship show its power in the innovation process.
