For the past few years,with the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,and the rigidity and damping of the building structure have continued to decrease,which leads to the more prominent sensitivity of structures to wind.And now the natural environment is gradually deteriorating,all kinds of extreme disasters often occur,especially wind disasters occur more frequently,so the study of the effect of wind on building structure is extremely important.In the 1980 s,domestic researchers began to use wind-vibration control technology,which can greatly reduce the wind-vibration response of the building structure,effectively improve the reliability of the building structure and meet the comfort requirements,and reduce the disasters caused by wind disasters.Aiming at the situation where the analytical solution expression of the wind-induced vibration response of the Davenport wind speed spectrum building structure is more complicated or numerical integration is required,this paper proposes a concise analytical solution based on the random response of the structure under the Davenport wind speed spectrum,and the dynamic reliability of the structure is determined.Analysis and achieved the following results:1.According to the irrationality of Davenport wind speed spectrum,the rational spectrum of Davenport wind speed spectrum is obtained by fitting the predominant frequency,peak value and spectrum area of Davenport wind speed spectrum.The concise analytical expressions of the 0,1,2 and 4 order spectral moments of the wind-induced response are obtained.It provides a new idea for other similar rational wind speed spectrum research.2.Rational spectrum based on Davenport wind speed spectrum: Yang qingshan wind speed spectrum and Baskin wind speed spectrum.The two rational wind speed spectra are quadratic equivalent,and then the frequency response function of the structure is quadratic orthogonalized by using the complex mode method and virtual excitation method,and then multiplied by the quadratic equivalent wind speed spectrum to obtain the power spectral density function of the structure response.Finally,according to the random vibration theory,the concise closed form solutions of the 0,1,2 and 4 order spectral moments of the structural response are obtained.3.Based on the method of structural reliability analysis under the first over failure criterion,under the Davenport fluctuating wind speed spectrum,the concise closed form solutions of the 0-order,1-order,2-order and 4-order spectral moments of the response of TMD damper structure with MR elastomer are obtained,and the dynamic reliability analysis is carried out.
