| The traditional extensive management model in the engineering field has many shortcomings and cannot meet the needs of sustainable social development.As a product of the industrialization of construction,the prefabricated component project is used to manufacture bridge prefabricated components in an industrialized production method,which has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and high quality.However,the production of prefabricated components in my country still has problems such as extensive production management and serious waste,mainly because it still uses the traditional construction management mode.The entire industry needs to explore new management methods to change the current dilemma.As a practical management technology,lean construction is applied to the production management of prefabricated components,which is beneficial to enterprises to improve work efficiency,reduce production costs,and improve product quality.The evaluation of the lean construction level of the prefabricated component project can enable the company to understand its own lean level and some existing problems,so that the company can improve.Therefore,the research on the lean construction level of prefabricated components has certain practical significance.This thesis takes the selection of bridge precast components as the research object,and intends to explore the lean construction level of bridge precast components from the perspective of production quality management.Based on the relevant principles established by the evaluation index,this thesis sets up an initial evaluation index system from the perspective of the whole process of bridge prefabrication production,supported by relevant theories,through literature collection,on-site investigations,expert interviews,etc.,and uses questionnaire surveys.Formal verification of the rationality of the index system,after adjustment,finally formed a bridge precast component production quality evaluation index system based on lean construction theory.The system includes 5 first-level indicators and 20second-level indicators,including quality planning management,raw material supply quality management,production site quality management,product delivery management,and personnel management.This thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index,and builds the production quality evaluation model of bridge precast components based on the lean construction theory based on the fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,taking a bridge prefabricated component production project of a certain enterprise as an example,the model is applied to analyze,and the lean production quality management level of the bridge prefabricated component project is evaluated,and the bridge prefabricated component production quality evaluation model based on the lean construction theory is also verified.Through analysis and evaluation results,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the lean production quality management of the bridge prefabricated component project,which has certain reference value for improving the lean quality management level of the prefabricated component industry.This thesis has 9 pictures,51 tables,and 102 references. |
