Switched reluctance motors are often used in harsh working conditions due to their high reliability,low cost and wide speed range.The real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis strategy of switched reluctance motor has important research significance.Once the inter-turn short-circuit fault of the stator winding occurs,the fault phase current will increase sharply,which will seriously damage the winding insulation and endanger the normal operation of the motor.This article first analyzes the fault characteristics when the stator winding interturn short-circuit fault occurs through the finite element method and summarizes the effects of different short-circuit fault locations on the motor flux and motor inductance.A motor fault model that considers the mutual inductance is established and the interturn fault is successfully simulated.At the same time,At the same time,combined with the current chopping control strategy of the switched reluctance motor,a method for diagnosing inter-turn faults based on current overshoot is proposed.This method can quickly diagnose inter-turn faults without adding additional sensors.In order to transmit the fault signal more conveniently,this paper designs a synchronous transmission strategy of energy and signal based on the switched reluctance motor system.This strategy injects signal voltage ripple into the bus bar by controlling the turn-off angle of the switched reluctance motor,and smoothly realizes the modulation and demodulation of the signal.And this method also does not need to add additional signal modulation or demodulation equipment,which greatly reduces the cost.Through this signal transmission method,this article can transmit the fault signal in time,which is more helpful to the improvement of the reliability of the motor system.
