The hydraulic excavator is a common auxiliary equipment in traditional open-pit mines,and also a main mining equipment widely used in new open-pit coal mines.In view of how to optimize the operating mode and operating parameters of hydraulic excavators,so that hydraulic excavators play a greater operating efficiency,open-pit mine hydraulic excavator production capacity forecast.It is of practical significance to improve the production of opencast coal mine.Based on the field investigation in HAERWUSU open-pit coal mine and Heaven Lake Energy South open-pit coal mine in Xinjiang,the operation data of different hydraulic excavators on the working face of rock pile,topsoil,soft rock and coal seam are obtained,over 90 hours of video,over 12,000 mining cycles.Through to the data carries on the proportion analysis and the gray correlation analysis and the data selection.Finally,the data of topsoil stripping operation in HAERWUSU open-pit mine are selected as the sample data of Feedforward Neural Network for future operation capability.Select the job parameters for each combination,including bulk density of materials,coefficient of firmness,height of steps,mining bandwidth,bucket capacity of excavators,bucket capacity of trucks,maximum digging radius,maximum digging depth,maximum digging height,full bucket rate,bucket capacity efficiency of excavators,as the sample data to forecast the efficiency of the unknown combination.Based on the 20-hour working capacity of the overburden stripping step in HAERWUSU open-pit coal mine,the working capacity of the next 20 hours in the Feedforward neural network coal mine is forecasted with a prediction error of0.096%.Taking the operational data of the rock pile bench of the HAERWUSU open-pit coal mine and the soft rock bench and coal bed bench of the south open-pit coal mine of Heaven Lake Energy,Xinjiang as samples,the input data are bulk density of material,coefficient of firmness,height of steps,mining bandwidth,bucket capacity of excavator,bucket capacity of truck,maximum digging radius,maximum digging depth,maximum digging height,full bucket rate and bucket capacity efficiency of excavator unit,this paper predicts the unit bucket volume efficiency of hydraulic excavator for stripping step of topsoil in HAERWUSU open-pit coal mine.The average error is 3.535%.The prediction is good.It shows that it is feasible to predict the future operation with the existing operation data and to predict the future operation ability with the existing equipment data and the combination of unknown equipment and working face by the neural network method.There are 37 maps,36 tables and 73 references in this paper.
