| Urban renewal is one of the important measures of China’s current and future urban development and transformation,and it is an important way to improve the quality of human settlements in urban built-up areas in the era of stock planning.As the smallest spatial unit of urban governance,community is the basic functional body carrying People’s Daily life.A large number of old communities in the city have a series of problems due to material aging,which has brought a lot of inconvenience to people living here,and even planted hidden dangers to a certain extent,affecting the development of the city.Therefore,the micro-renewal plan based on old communities becomes a direct manifestation of the steady progress of urban renewal and an important component of current livelihood projects.The micro-renewal of community space can effectively solve the contradiction between residents’ needs and the increasingly declining living environment,further extend the historical memory of the community,improve the efficacy of community treatment,and make a contribution to the optimization of the current urban spatial structure and the improvement of quality.Based on this background,the paper selected Guihuayuan xincun community in Chongqing urban area as the research object,follow the "site interpretation,problem analysis,learn from,strategy proposed-practice demonstration",through the literature research,field research,interviews,methods of inductive analysis,detailed interpretation and pursuit of the status quo,Discovery and summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the arena,in study and field visit relevant successful cases,on the basis of combining the theory of micro update,based on the practical problems and the built environment,the research object of Guihuayuan xincun community reform put forward the principles and implementation strategies of update,and the design conception of plan of reforming the important node in the practice,In order to provide a kind of thinking and attempt for similar community micro-update.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The basic situation is summarized in the first chapter.This paper expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,defines relevant concepts,summarizes the process of community renewal at home and abroad,and sorts out relevant theoretical points.Discover the problem part,in the second chapter to expand the narrative.Through on-site investigation,interviews with people and data sorting,this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the construction process,residents’ characteristics,location conditions,upper planning,surrounding conditions and the interior of the base of Guihuayuan New Village Community,and summarizes the problems existing in five aspects of public space,transportation,culture,plants and facilities.Analyze the problem and put forward the strategy part,in the third and fourth chapters to expand the narrative.The third chapter aims to effectively solve the existing community contradictions,selects representative successful cases at home and abroad,analyzes the specific renewal measures,and extracts the experience that can be used for reference.On the basis of the previous chapter,the fourth chapter proposes to construct multi-level space and refine the space function.Increase parking space and optimize pedestrian network;Displaying community culture and refining cultural symbols;Enrich the plant landscape and introduce the community garden;Update the infrastructure and inject five design strategies with characteristic elements.The practical application part is narrated in the fifth chapter.In the renewal practice of Guihuayuan new village community,the design strategy proposed in the previous chapter was applied from five aspects,including public space design,transportation planning organization,community culture display,plant landscape improvement,and landscape element renewal,to verify its feasibility. |
