| With the development of economy and the improvement of residents’ consumption levels,fresh products are gradually being favored by the public.Cold chain logistics has been valued as the main circulation method of fresh products.The cold chain demand in China has also accelerated in recent years.However,due to the late start of cold chain logistics industry in China,there are still problems such as weak infrastructure,low level of specialization,and low level of resource integration.Especially in the urban distribution at the end of the supply chain.Fresh products are still distributed by many small and medium-sized logistics companies,the market competitiveness is not high and profitability is low.As an effective resource integration model,joint distribution can improve the operational efficiency of the logistics network from the management level,reduce distribution costs and improve service levels.Therefore,this article conducts research on the urban cold chain path planning and benefit distribution under the common delivery model.The main contents are as follows:First,on the basis of analyzing the implementation strategy of joint distribution and combining with the operational characteristics of urban cold chain logistics,the necessity and difficulties of carrying out joint distribution in cold chain logistics network are explained.Aiming at the common distribution mode under the condition of customer resource integration,the strategy of customer division based on region and time zone is put forward to restructure the cold chain logistics network.Based on the similarity between customer location and time window,K-means clustering algorithm is designed to solve the region division problem of cold chain logistics network.Secondly,the cold chain distribution network before and after joint distribution is compared and described.Based on the cold chain distribution problem under the condition of customer resource integration,the model research hypothesis is made.Based on the analysis of the interest demands of each distribution subject,an optimization objective function is designed,which includes vehicle fixed cost,transportation cost,cargo damage cost,refrigeration cost,time window penalty cost and carbon emission cost.Furthermore,a Simulated Annealing with Variable Neighborhood(SAVN)algorithm is designed to solve the problem.SAVN improves the acquisition of initial solution,the design of Neighborhood structure and the selection mechanism of Neighborhood,which is more suitable for solving the optimization problem of cold chain path.Then,the optimization model of cold chain path based on joint distribution constructed above is used to solve the optimal distribution path and distribution cost of multiple cold chain logistics enterprises under different cooperative combinations.And the famous Shapley benefit allocation algorithm is used to calculate the benefits that each cold chain enterprise should share in the joint distribution alliance,that is,the distribution cost and carbon emission that each enterprise should theoretically save after participating in the cooperation.On this basis,this paper proposes the optimal alliance cooperation sequence from the perspective of economy and environment in order to achieve the optimal allocation of joint distribution cooperation combination under the premise of ensuring the stability of logistics cooperation process.Finally,the validity of the above model and algorithm is verified by calculating the actual joint distribution cases of four cold chain logistics enterprises in Chengdu.In this case,the customer division strategy based on time zone can achieve the maximum distribution cost savings,and all logistics enterprises can obtain a certain amount of distribution cost and carbon emission savings from the common distribution mode,which shows the feasibility of joint distribution alliance and the high efficiency of time zone division strategy in solving such problems.In addition,the optimal cooperation sequence obtained can help the four cold-chain logistics enterprises in this case to realize the optimal cooperation configuration from different perspectives.The research ideas,optimization model and algorithm proposed in this paper can also provide some reference for the government decision-making and other logistics enterprises who are willing to carry out joint distribution. |
