Improving the surface hydrophobicity of insulating materials commonly used in electrical equipment can effectively alleviate the degree of condensation and ice coating in a low-temperature and high-humidity environment,and avoid failures such as insulation breakdown.The low-temperature plasma method has been a research hotspot in recent years,and the plasma produced have the characteristics of low temperature and rich types of active particles,which are easy to react with the surface of the material in contact.However,the existing research on plasma hydrophobic modification is still at the laboratory stage,and there are problems such as limited modification area,insufficient mobility of the modification device,and lack of other key properties of the surface modified material such as insulation performance and resistance.research on aging ability,etc.,is difficult to extend to field applications.Based on the research of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma jet,this paper studies the optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional plasma jet array,and applies the array to the surface hydrophobic modification of commonly used insulating materials,observes and evaluates the characteristics of the modified surface,and determines After the modification effect,the design of the movable surface modification device is completed and applied to the surface modification of composite insulators.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Study the influence of the voltage amplitude,the center distance of the array and the monomer content on the photoelectric characteristics of the jet.The research found that the working gas with a fixed flow rate and a ratio of working gas can stably discharge and produce jet flow under the excitation of 12k V/10k Hz voltage;the two-dimensional array with a center distance of 15mm can weaken the influence of the Coulomb force between particles on the jet stability;After the content is increased,the luminous brightness of the jet will decrease,the discharge power will decrease,the discharge intensity will decrease,and the symmetry of the volt-ampere characteristic will increase.(2)Using the plasma jet array,the surface hydrophobic modification of commonly used insulating materials was carried out,the static water contact angle and flashover voltage of the modified surface were tested,the surface characteristics of the modified materials were analyzed,and the modified materials were explored.the reason.The results show that the surface superhydrophobic modification can be realized by plasma jet,and the flashover voltage increases by 30.4%,a micro-nano-level binary composite rough structure was formed on the surface,the Si and O content was increased to 27.4%,34.8%,and the charge dissipation rate was increased by 17.8%.The density of deep traps decreased by 30.9%.(3)Evaluated the aging resistance and anti-condensation ability of the modified surface.The results show that the modified surface with water drop beating behavior,after 60 days of natural aging,200 hours of high temperature heat aging at 200℃,and p H4~10 acid-base aging test,the water contact angle attenuation value does not exceed15~°;condensation The water droplets formed are small in size,scattered,slow in volume growth,and easy to roll off.(4)Based on the plasma jet array,completed the design and manufacture of a movable surface modification device,which was applied to the surface hydrophobic modification of composite pin insulators,and evaluated the anti-condensation and anti-icing capabilities of the modified insulators.The results show that the quality of the condensation formed by the modified insulator is reduced by 50%,and it is easy to roll down and vaporize.The granular ice layer formed in the early stage of icing is independent and easy to fall off.The number of suspended ice is small and the length is short.
