As one of the most common transmission systems,gear is widely used in modern industry because of its reasonable structure,stable transmission ratio and long service life.The development status of gear system determines the historical process of modern industrial civilization.In China’s modern industrial development process,gear also plays a very important role,various types of gear systems are widely used in ships,vehicles,agriculture,processing and even aerospace and other fields.The gear precision grade and error control put forward higher request because of the development of modern industrial civilization,the high precision processing equipment was also enhances the precision of gear system,however,no matter how high the precision of gear system,it cannot avoid that there are various types of errors in gear system,and these errors have a certain influence on gear transmission,gear service life and vibration response of gear system.Misalignment error is a common installation error of gear system,which exists in any precision gear system.Misalignment error may affect the degree of stress concentration of gear system,lead to reduced service life of gear system,and even cause serious engineering accidents Therefore,carrying out research on the influence of gear misalignment error on the gear system.,and establishing dynamics model considering the error of gear system,and analysing the relationship between the dynamic response of the gear system and the stress distribution,for the problem of life prediction and early fault diagnosis of gear system,it has important academic significance and engineering significance.In the paper,For the problem of the theory of misalignment error of gear system,the research on dynamic response,such as contact characteristics of gear system,timevarying mesh stiffness,vibration response and so on,and influence of load distribution model on gear system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)For the problem of the influence of misalignment error on the contact characteristics,Combined with the element contact equations and numerical method,the contact characteristics calculation model of gear teeth was established.Combining with the theory of non-ideal Hertz contact,a calculation model of non-ideal Hertz contact stiffness considering misalignment error was established.The influences of misalignment error and external load on the contact characteristics and contact stiffness of gears were studied by these models.(2)For the problem of dynamic modeling combining the characteristic changes of tooth and contact stiffness calculation,according to the gear lumped parameter method,set up dynamics model that is considering the effect gear contact characteristics of gear system,according to the energy method for correction calculation of tooth bending stiffness,shear stiffness and compression stiffness and calculation of torsional stiffness,that is influenced due to misalignment error.Set up ime-varying mesh stiffness calculation model considering the influence of the misalignment error.(3)For the problem of dynamic response coupling contact characteristics of gear system,according to dynamic model of gear system,based on the static load distribution model and a dynamic load distribution model,the dynamic response of the gear system is calculated.Carries on the different error condition,the time domain analysis and frequency spectrum analysis of gear tooth displacement response and the influence of static model calculation and dynamic model calculation on the dynamic response of gear system are analyzed,and the dynamic response characteristics of gear system with misalignment error are studied(4)For the problem of the correctness of the dynamic response calculation of the coupling contact characteristics of the gear system,a gearbox with misalignment error was designed to test the vibration response of the gear with misalignment errors,and the correctness of the calculation results of the coupling model was verified.
